After a short trip in the US, this luggage looked like a piece of junk with scratches and gauges that could not be rubbed or polished out! Warranty only covers replacing with the same exact item (why? Garbage) but out of the original color purchased, rose gold, and would send me a RED bag? Better to see the gauges and scratches? Credit could not be put toward another type of luggage plus they wanted me to send more $$$$$ to ship Do NOT PURCHASE from this company!
I bought a smart luggage from them. Kenzie Brand. Don't buy. Cheap garbage that doesn't stand up and the company doesn't stand behind their product. One use and the wheel is completely caved in. So it's now completely useless. So frustrated and disappointed. Terrible customer service. Buy luggage from a company that will back up their brand. Even if it costs more.
