It was afternoon and we have ordered a food but it was on delivered, my son was crying because of hunger and i have to wait for next station. Refund process was also very bad and long, we have to followup with them and after lots of mail and call conversation they refund me less money. Pls if you people are traveling and have kids with you do not relies on them.

Hry travelkhana awesome service! From last two years I am taking food services. Either for Chinese dish or any Indian spicy food, you deliver the best. My family also love to take services of travelkhana. Everybody wish to get tastier food while train journey & if they get the same, nothing can be better that. No matter what you order, whatever you specify, they have no sense of responsibility. Even after ordering jain foods from only pure vegetarian restaurants, food delivered from mix kitchen and non-jain. On complaining you just get to hear a "SORRY" and a assurance of call back, which will never be done. People having restrictions of fooding, never trust these peoples. I had suffered it for more than 5-6 times

Please don't rely on the service offered by this company. You will have to sleep empty stomach. They have some idiot delivery boys who cannot even read boogie number. The train in which I was traveling had two boogies one was A1 and another was AB1. So that idiot boarded AB1 instead of A1 whereas it was clearly mentioned A1. We 5 people along with kids with us had to sleep empty stomach. So please eat whatever you get at stations in case there is no pantry on your train.#company full of idiots..

This site fools people. Food never gets delivered. My family (elderly people and diabetic) had to survive on biscuits as the food which I ordered at travel khaana never arrived. There were no other options of ordering food elsewhere and the train pantry too had no food as most of it was pre-ordered.

Because of assurance with travel Khana I didn't take any lunch from my home and when piparia reached where my order have to be delivered noone came with food if you really want to remain hungry than u can opt for travel khana

So this is the 3rd time i ordered using travelkhana and again the same $#*! was delivered! But this time it was not me, it was mother travelling and she has to face this $#*!ty service.
There is no quality check of food! When i called their customer care asking for compensation food on next station as my mother has not eaten anything, they said complain has been registered, u ll get a callback in 5 days! As if my mother is going to sit 5 days in train.

I wish there could be rating below 1 to be rated for them. I ordered one veg thali for my dad (Senior citizen) travelling for 26 hours. He was given half of the food. No chapatis at all. I really didn't expect this kind of service.

Worst provider for online food on train. I paid through paytm online and when their food partner came to deliver food at Allahabad junction again asked me to pay full amount in cash or wont deliver food. So i refused and he didnt gave my food packed even when he saw confirmation SMS on my phone from Travel Khanna for order paid in full.

Never order anything from this cheat company you have to go hungry like what i went and waited 3 hours for kanpur to arrive and buy food their. Pathetic company dont trust them!

Firstly I was an idiot to get fooled thrice. First time nothing was delivered. We slept hungry. Second time we ordered roti they gave rice. Now today is third day again going to sleep hungry. Better not to believe these food sites. Never going to order again

Mud a fu kaaaa. They didn't delivered my order. I'm helpless right now. I didn't found "write review" section So I am writing here, I know it's little strange but the feelings right now is like "I Cheated by a food delivery Company" I am traveling without cash and I'm just using Paytm to order Food. Travel Khana is not a genuine service provider, They will ruin your journey. Right now I don't have any options.

Travelkhana provides the service to the user to choose the station, check the menu, place the order and get the food at the selected seat within stipulated time period. The food bill is payable on delivery, and likewise offer online payment facility also as per user convenience. Best Online Train Food Delivery Portal.

Don't even order. The food will never be delivered. I ordered food and had to call multiple times and every time was asked if the train has left the station. And then finally I was told that food will not be delivered

Ordered food, paid the amount online.
They didn't deliver the food. I can't able to contact them, its night and now I have to sleep without food.

I frequently travel in trains but 1st time I have been cheated.

From now onwards on every journey I will order food from this website on cash on delivery and will not take the food.

I request you to follow the same so that we can teach them a good lesson.

Pls Pls Pls, Dont trust these cheaters with Big advertisment & pomp & show. Trust them on your risk, If you are determined to go empty stomach then please take their service as the food will not b served & these inhuman & insensitive buggers will not have a feel of your pain.
Recently ordered for Howrah Junction, Got sms to be seated on your berth, Train departed but food was not delivered.

OrderId#*******. Food ordered for my old parents travelling by ******* on date 27 Dec 18 at Piparia MP. The food was not delivered. Nobody bothered till I called travelkhana. Plain answer " very sorry, complain registered, refund in 7 working days." As if we order food to get refund. Parents had to remain without food. The restaurant chap was so worthless that he never bothered to give a call. Mr raghuvansi. His restaurant needs to be blacklisted.

Plz never book any meal thru travelkhana, they r just taking it order but never fullfil. I was just waiting dinner for old father n after lots of promises n endless phone call they didn't deliver dinner. U r just cheating n nothing else. I wanna give u minus rating but there are no option

I ordered my dinner last month 27th Nov through travelkhana while traveling by train. At Bhopal Junction, they delivered Chinese food as I mentioned in my order. It was very fantastic in taste and packed so well. Quality vise it was marvelous - taste so delicious.
I enjoyed my food and journey as well.

Ordered food to be delivered at lucknow junction 1.5 hrs in advance by calling their helpline number, recieved the confirmation sms, was asked to keep the money ready. Did everything they asked. There waa no sign of the guy for the first 5 mins of the train's halt at lucknow. Subsequently called the helpline again, was assured that food will arrive and i was asked to stay at my seat, which i did. The train had a halt of 25 mins, and the guy didn't turnup. Really poor service travelkhana. Kind of lost my trust, never ordering with you.

Its one of the worst service this people offer.

To start with initially they served food just before train left which didn't allowed us even see the food. Than post opening of the package we came to know that Roti's were burnt and even vegetable was Very spicy and hell lot of Oil. Post taking the matter with customer service team they said don't worry and our backend team will contact you and refund shall be initiated ( Never said to take photo). Now after 3-4 days they are saying that the food was good and eatable. Now they will decide weather food was good or not considering they were not there at that time.

I would recommend don't go with them instead go ahead with Travellersfood as they give better food and with very less rates.

Completely fraud company.

I had a very bad experience with Travel Khana. Today morning I ordered food for my sister(1st June 2019). Her train halted for 20 minutes in Vishakhapatnam but these people didn't deliver food. I had made the payment too. The most surprising thing is that when I called up they behaved as if they had no information about the order. Then my sister called and again I called them but they didn't tell me that they weren't going to deliver. Had they told this, my sister would have got something from the station. She waited till the train departed. Then I received a mail that they had registed a non-delivery complaint and the team would resolve the issue in 5-7 days. Strange!
Travelkhana's service is the worst.

I ordered food at Durg and Bhilaspur stations to my son. But he didn't get any food in both stations. The order Id Nos are ******* and *******. Amount debited from my accoount. No response from customer service phone number. What is this type of service. If u are unable to deliver food don't take order.

I referred this app to my friend. N one day he ordered n didn't get food. Last day I travelled n that time I ordered food but I didn't got the food. I call customer care they even didn't pick my call. Today that shameless people call me n ask for feedback. N they told e my train was late that's y they didn't delivered. Thwt bloody idiots are not even informing me. I was Hungary. N that I had not any food. I ate biscuits.
