Amazing service I am glad someone has started this concept of providing food across railway stations. The service is prompt and the food was pretty good too. For all that they're doing, the prices are quite cheap. One app that you should definitely download if you're a regular commuter.

I have ordered food for my parents at Delhi station but the food is not delivered and i tried reaching customer care and they started giving non sense answers. I have experienced very bad service please don't book from this app

What d pathetic services these guys r providing. Idiots u guys do not have sense how to pack food idiots dal rice was packed in a sticky polythene waste of money. You people don't have any rights to run any food plaza.

Ordered food 2 hours before and food not delivered. When called customer care they told order was not processed while i only got a call back from customer care for order confirmation. I must say government must take serious action against this vendor.
Had to take pantry food which saved us from sleeping hungry.

Avoid using their website or customer care services as they can't keep up to the expectations. Ordered food 2 hrs ago before reaching jalgaon still were not able to deliver and gave a convenient message- sorry for the inconvenience. Customer care service are even worse

Would have definitely given less than one star too. Had a patient on board and ordered 3 hours before (6:30 pm). Food was promised to be delivered by 9:30pm. But, order was not delivered. Called customer care atand was told that they can't deliver.

They expect patients to sleep hungry.

Guys, do not use travelkhana at all. 4–5 years back it was very good. I faced two issue in last 2 years. Once no one deliver food at all, even though I had all confomrations regarding orders. Customer care just didn't took any action.

Day before yesterday, we faces same problem. They delivered only 30% of order and took full amount. When I raised complain they just created a ticket number, and no further action at all. I was travelling with my elderly parents, they had to sleep without any dinner. I informed same to their customer care. They even don't listen my words seriously. Worst customer support I ever faced. I called at least 8–10 times. Half of the times they informed they will check with restaurant and half of the time some security persons picked up call and told no representative available for complain support, asked me call latter. Here is the number I called, *******094. If you don't want to have such horrible experience when traveling, please do not use travelkhana.

I was travelling in ******* on 9th of May 2018. I refused the food on offer from the Pantry people relying completely on these guys for breakfast as well as Lunch. I remained hungry right from morning till evening courtesy these guys who not even had the sensitivity to call me back and arrange food at some different location. This is worse professionalism.

Last week while travelling to pune i make an order online with Travelkhana.com. I find variety of food choices to select from. The app has nice design with simple menu to choose from.As they said the delivery to be made on seat with 8:30. Yes i got my order nicely packaged at seat. The food was hot and smells awesome. Thanks Travelkhana for making my journey too tasty!

I had ordered for food on train from travelkhana.com, trusting that it will be delivered on time. There was only one station on which food was available after which there was no option. Train was running late., Contact number was provided, PNR was provided. Still the food did not arrive, the passenger had to go empty stomach the whole journey, how can someone do any arrangement in the middle of the night.
Customer care also did not provide any support in this regard.
You are claiming to be providing service to just mint money from your passenger. No concern what if the passenger is going without food due to your non professionalism.
You a big disappointment, will never suggest your company to anybody...

Whenever I travel somewhere first thing come in my mind is food. As I'm found of hygienic food so I rarely eat from outside but wait this thing is something different where you will get fresh food which you will feel like home made food. Now I travel hassle free. Thanks you guys.

These guys are just looting people money in the name of good food... This is a looting process so called travel khana... how can you guys be so unethical... Please dont ever waste your money on these as... h. s.
I just cant believe what they provided... the food does not even deserve a smell of it... Ridiculous... does not even deserves a point one star

The food quality is just awesome. I got food on time. An no issue faced till now. The quality of food is maintained in low price food as well. Also its affordable to all common people. Highly recommended

Travellers if you are ordering food from here for group of people sure the you will get the food on time but you will also get complementary food with that like ants, Mosquitoes and some others as well. Plz I would suggest never ever opt for travelkhana its better to take food from railway canteens.

The reason why i consider it as best service provider is the quality of food with quick delivery of food at any time. Getting food delivering on train. Also food are available at affordable price. Truely recommended

No matter what you order, whatever you specify, they have no sense of responsibility. Even after ordering jain foods from only pure vegetarian restaurants, food delivered from mix kitchen and non-jain. On complaining you just get to hear a "SORRY" and a assurance of call back, which will never be done. People having restrictions of fooding, never trust these peoples. I had suffered it for more than 5-6 times

Please don't rely on the service offered by this company. You will have to sleep empty stomach. They have some idiot delivery boys who cannot even read boogie number. The train in which I was traveling had two boogies one was A1 and another was AB1. So that idiot boarded AB1 instead of A1 whereas it was clearly mentioned A1. We 5 people along with kids with us had to sleep empty stomach. So please eat whatever you get at stations in case there is no pantry on your train.#company full of idiots..

This site fools people. Food never gets delivered. My family (elderly people and diabetic) had to survive on biscuits as the food which I ordered at travel khaana never arrived. There were no other options of ordering food elsewhere and the train pantry too had no food as most of it was pre-ordered.
Harrowing experience.
