Against better judgement of these reviews I booked a super cheap flight overseas with Travel Merry. I received my itinerary about a day after booking and everything looks kosher. I was able to confirm my flight with the airlines no problem. No unusual activity on my credit card either! So far so good! I will update if any issues arise!

I searched for some good flights to Amsterdam on a bunch of travel sites. I couldn't make up my mind about which flight I should take for my travel, I was looking for cheap roundtrip economy deals to Amsterdam. I sent emails to 3 or 4 travel sites that I was surfing and Travel Merry was one of them. The email had details of my shortlisted flights along with flight numbers, travel dates and prices as shown on the online travel sites. The interesting thing about pricing was Travel Merry was able to match its rivals and for some flights Travel Merry's pricing was cheaper than its rivals. I must appreciate the customer service team at TM because I got a reply to my email query from TM within just 1 hour from posting my query while there was no response from the other 2 travel sites. Not only did I get a reply, the TM customer agent gave me unpublished fares for the same flights and travel dates which were lot cheaper than those advertised on their site. I immediately called the agent on the 24 x 7 helpline number and bought my flight tickets for my Amsterdam vacation. The agent was so polite and well mannered and he made my buying experience easy and skilfully handled me with utmost care. In just 5 minutes time after listening to my flight preference I received my travel itinerary and tickets in my email. I'm so glad I chose Travel Merry as my source for buying affordable air tickets for my journey and the best part was the unpublished fares that the agent gave me. I saved considerable amount of money and the deal was better than the other sites. I will keep buying my tickets on Travel Merry because of their better airfares on international flights.

I'm about to narrate one of my worst nightmares I've ever had on a flight from John F Kennedy to London Heathrow. Because of the violent thunderstorms and heavy rainfall our pilot announced emergency landing at a nearby airport in Amsterdam and we remained stranded at Amsterdam Schiphol International airport. American Airlines was the carrier I was flying with, after spending 3 hours of time at AMS an announcement was made by AA that due to the prolonged bad weather they are unable to resume their non-stop flight service back to London Heathrow the same day and they offered complimentary hotel stay for all affected passengers to spend the night, the AA customer service team was very helpful and they assisted us in a seamless transfer from the airport to the nearby hotel. While I'm happy about the top-notch customer service given by American Airlines I'm not happy with losing one day of my precious holiday in London. I regretted flying to London during the unforeseen bad weather. I cannot blame Travel Merry for the stalling of the non-stop flight service to London but the least I was expecting from TM was periodic updates about weather and the flight status, I did receive flight updates until the start of my journey and updates stopped coming once we force landed in Amsterdam and only after 30 minutes I saw an update from TM. When I called the TM customer service they told us due to the bad weather there was a network outage and they couldn't send us the updates on time and on the good side the agent enquired about the current status and was happy to know that AA has arranged for complimentary accommodation to all affected passengers and assured of TM's best services. I will give only 3.5 stars to Travel Merry for the whole flying experience.

I booked a flight from CA to Ireland over the summer through this site (found on Skyscanner). It had the cheapest tickets by far, so I was somewhat skeptical especially given the numerous $#*!ty reviews you've no doubt read by now. All I can do is talk to my experience, so it's possible they have varying quality standards.

Anyway, booked, received a confirmation email 24 hours later, and am currently sitting in the airport on the second leg of the flight, so really nothing major went wrong. There was something odd when I tried to check in last night (the airline's website wouldn't let me), but after I called they said there were a few reasons that that might happen and one was a technical glitch on their end. I was able to check in online this morning before my flight. If you're worried at all I would just call the airline direct after you receive your confirmation email to confirm directly with them that you have your flights.

TravelMerry has cheap holiday package deals. I receive regular notifications from them because I signed up for their push notifications. I find their deals irresistible, you just can't let go of these. I was waiting for a nice weekend holiday package to London from New York and I got the best deal from TravelMerry and saves a lot of bucks. Sign into TravelMerry today to receive awesome deals. The customer service experience at TravelMerry is awesome. I could easily order my special meals by calling the 24 x7 customer service, the agent was so polite, he patiently listened to what I had to say and he made a note of it. In just 2 days I received a confirmation email from Cathay Pacific, my airline carrier that my special meal request has been confirmed from their end. The customer service agent also called me back and informed me about it.

We booked our flights to Germany for 6 months. We did not realize we needed a Visa along with our passport. When we were told by the agent at the airport. I called Travel Merry and spoke to an agent,
His name is Randy Thomas and he went above and beyond his duties to help us figure this problem out. Thanks to Randy, we rescheduled our flights for three months instead. No Visa needed. He assured me that things were going to work out! I' m so glad that Travel Merry
Hires people to work with such Great Customer Service Skills! My husband and I intend to use Travel Merry again for future trips! Thanks again Randy Thomas!

I was planning a family trip to Paris to catch up with a few of our relatives living in Paris. So we shopped our tickets on TM and we chose a non-stop flight because of the convenience. Before we began our flight journey I have requested the Travel Merry customer service team for a wheel chair service for my ailing mother as she was not able to walk and the customer service agent at TravelMerry took my request and later sent a confirmation email that the airline was going to take care of this at no extra cost. Just as promised my mother was transported in a wheelchair by the airline staff without any hassles on both the outward and inward journeys.

You are the worst! I hope you will run out of business ASAP for everyone s best.
Worst indian customer service who dont know english.
So before thinking of calling them take a couple indian classes.
They never call you back.
I had to pay an extra $3.5k which i work very hard for it because of this idiots that work there.
Please dont book with them. Let them run out of business.
Travelmerry i wish you all the worst.

My flight canceled and the airline issued a full refund to the agency but the agency didn't issue full rend. Very unprofessional customer service. Bad experience. I do not use this agency even their price might look good.

TravelMerry is a genuine place to buy your cheap international flight tickets! I purchased my tickets last summer for a leisure trip to Dubai and I received my flight itinerary and e-tickets in my e-mail and they have sent periodic updates on my flight. Travel Merry has a lot of awesome cheap travel deals and they deliver what they promise.

I will never buy from Travel Merry again. Flights to Spain was canceled because of COVID 19. They charged a cancellation fee for each ticket. Airlines can not fly no choice by me and still charged a fee. I suggest everyone to stay away from booking with Travel Merry. I would give them zero stars but it is not possible.

Today earlier i booked a ticket from TravelMarry through skyscann. The price looked very reasonable and i booked it. It was $546.44 to Turkey from JFK with one of the Major Airlines. 15 mins after i booked my ticket a guy with an Indian accent named Shawn Williams called me and said that we couldn't find a plane with the airlines you booked earlier instead we will book you an another flight which is only $1250. 00 with another Airlines. Luckily, i was able to call my bank and warned them and cancel any transaction from them. So, they are scammers and time wasters. Stay away from this ppl. Pay a bit more and travel with a known agency.

Today, I was browsing for fares to Amsterdam using Kayak. I like Kayak as I can see every airlines price, and I can choose the airlines that suit me. When I was being directed to the: Luthansa site, Travel Merry popped up at just about $200 less for the same flights. I never heard of them. I then opened Lufthansa's site and there is no such fare. This should be a warning. I am retired, but I worked in the travel industry for 40 years. Only airlines set prices, and travel agents cannot charge less. After reading the reviews on here, this is a way for them to get your credit card info and then charge the actual price. If one is not is buying the tickets directly form an airline or a trusted travel agent, I say buyer beware. Ifthe price is low, that should be a red flag.

I was flying Economy class on a low cost airline from Los Angeles to Amsterdam via Stockholm. I took off from LAX airport smoothly and after a delayed flight I reached Stockholm for a stopover. I was supposed to catch a connecting flight to Amsterdam at 10:30 am but unfortunately I missed the flight because of the delayed outbound flight from LAX. I just didn't have enough time to move around in the airport from terminal to terminal. I simply called the 24 x 7 customer line of Travel Merry and informed about missing the scheduled connecting flight due to late landing. The customer service guy escalated the issue with the airline and just within a matter of 20 min I was given a new ticket for my final destination. Saved me from a lot of mess!

Earlier this year I had plans to travel Italy/France/Amsterdam and I had purchased 10 flights through various travel agency websites and also directly with the airline in February (all non-refundable tickets). Travel Merry was THE ONLY agency that rejected my refund due to coronavirus travel. I was provided an option for a refund as my flight was cancelled and then changed AND they still rejected my refund request. I followed up with them several times and they finally said contact the airline directly. I did; they immediately provided me a refund request and are currently processing. No questions asked. If I were to do it again, I'd honestly be willing to pay more to deal with a reputable travel agency should something occur. Stay away and safe travels.

So you think you got your itinerary( you think you can have a sigh of relief- but no). So then they email you stating that you should call back. Then they say that they are still in the process of looking for alternative itinerary. What kind of service is this. They should be held accountable that once you got the itinerary on the website- they should book it RIGHT AWAY no excuses!

They not deserving to give a 1 star I call them they say I'm flight is cancel due to covid so the airlines cancel so I tell them I want my refund instead and they ask me to pay a fee 100 per person why I need to pay a fee if the airline is the one to cancel. Until now I keep email them my refund. So people before you purchase your ticket read some reviews first to this people. They give you hell of reason don't waste your money is not worth it. I never ever make a business to them.

Booked me on AirBerlin when they knew it was going bankrupt. AirBerlin cancelled all long haul flights from the US... AirBerlin refunded them my ticket price, yet they refuse to credit my credit card. What a scam! They refuse to respond to the BBB and to Visa regarding the matter. How they are even in business is beyond me. Liars, cheats and frauds. Stay away!.

There was an overall sale in European flights
Yesterday. I was linked to Travelmerry as the cheapest offer online. I try to book, and at 4 am the night after I recieve an email saying they can't process my transaction. I try again and again and again. Call them and they say keep trying. Then I email them and they inform me the airline can't confirm the tickets, please book directly with them". By then the Europe sale was gone at every legitimate travel site. And they still have the wrong price listed.

Not even worth one star! Do not purchase tickets from this travel company at all. My problems first started off with the company advertising flight information that was wrong. After I purchased my tickets and the confirmation was sent to me- I had an extra layover that was not in the original flight plan. I called to inquire about it and they told me they did not have to list that layover since it was considered a "technical layover". I have never in my life heard of that before.
Secondly, during these unprecedented times with Covid-19 they have not been helpful at all. They are charging absurd fees and giving me the run around for trying to get a full refund on my tickets. I've had to call the airline myself multiple times to get questions answered.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

This is my first time booking tickets through Travel Merry.
I have purchased my ticket for Oct-13th and returning Oct-16th. I had an unexpected event and would like to move it to Nov 3rd and they charge me $300 fee for change the date. That is like buying a brand new ticket.

Never had this kind of experience with CheapOAir, Priceline. I would never use them again.

What a scam! I purchased a ticket and got a confirmation. However apparently it didnt go through because the "airlines" increased the price that very second or something. If I hadn't checked beforehand I would've gone to the airport without a ticket and a false confirmation. Calling them was useless. They offered me other ticket for twice the price.

SingaporeAir website says they will allow changes due to the virus and give people a credit for later flight. But if you went thru a agency you have to go through the agency.
Travel Merry will not allow this. I asked to talk to a manager but the person on the phone refused to allow me to talk to a manager.
He said hey will only help if the flight gets canceled in spite of what the airline is willing to do

Coronavirus cancelation. Agent has horrible english. Polish airlines canceled flights. This company refused to return full amount and charged me $150.00 for cancelling, yesturday. Today - $100.00. Horrible company. Dishonest. Get out of business!

Simply I bought a flight 2 months in for the day to take off. 24 hours before the flight i logged in the airline website to check in, and the flight not appearing. I called the airlines they told me the flight have been canceled 2 months ago and they have nothing to do with me ad want me to call the travel agent.

I called them all they can say SORRY, but they can give offer me to buy another flight and my refund for the cancelled flight will take up to 3 months to get back to my accounts.
What about the hotel i booked, car rental, taking vacation days from work again they are rearrrrrrrrrrrrly sorry!
Its a group of Indian that will still your money and just bla bla bla bla worst experience of 2018 and never again!
