I am changing my review from a 1 star to a 4 star because the rep called and asked me to change my rating and will not allow my transaction to go through until I change the rating. Mason Kemp has assured me that once I change the rating he will ensure me a 5 Star experience and they will provide a partial refund. I will let you know if that happens. I appreciate the call back.
I would not book from this company ever again. Some how my ticket was changed to the wrong date, and on top of that I received My fight is coming up confirmation a day after my fight departed. I had proof and they still would not help me. The email even state, "Dear Michael, Here's wishing you a safe journey to Miami..." Then it state OK. Something is wrong with their system and don't want to admit their mistake. The worse customer service. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
I booked a flight for 4 tickets for a total of $968
I received an email that said it was pending. I then received 2 emailed saying they trying calling me ( I had no missed calls from them).
I ended up calling them to see what was going on. I was told my seats were no longer available and the only way to get my tickets was to pay $50 more for each ticket (total of $200). I told them that was unacceptable. I asked to speak to a manager who was also not able to help get my tickets at the price I booked them for.
I ended up with no tickets and no reservations because they messed up and over sold the tickets at a price that was no longer available. How is that my problem. Poor customer service and not re-guard for the customers at all.

Throwback: the customer service client send me an email to prove the identity of the second passenger because he paid with an other credit card from FRANCE! But for me it's was ok because I paid my ticket with a credit card from Canada… anyways. So we send the information to confirm the identity of my young brother and 2 days after, my little bro sent me a screenshot that someone in US (he lives in Paris) use his creditcard online! WTF seriously?
I booked my flight but when I got to the airport and checked in, they said the tickets weren't payed for even thought I had already payed. I called travelopick and tried reasoning with them and asked them to book me another flight but after about an hour they hung up and didn't help out at all. This is the worst site to buy your tickets from, NEVER USE THIS AGENCY. They will rip you off!
I booked a flight for two at 3800 dollars on travelopick. They immediately took the money out of my bank account. The gave me a confirmation number. Two hours later they said an extra $350 because the price went up on American Airlines. I refused to pay and requested a refund. I call back and they tell me the flight is booked sold out (after seeing same price on website again). I checked with American Airlines and there were 20 plus seats avaliable and American Airlines didn't change the price the attendant said. Let's see how long it takes to get the money back. I'll keep you informed. Advice go directly to airline carrier and you will get close to their bait and switch price.

I would still check with the airline's website first to see if you can get a good price and a seat assignment there, (which is a deal breaker for me if I can't be guaranteed to sit with my husband on a flight) before going to Travelopick. However, that being said, I must admit that Travelopick was very helpful and there was never a long wait to get a customer service agent on the phone ready to help. They understood what I wanted and did their best to get me the deal and particulars that I wanted. I've called a few times since I booked with them and they answered the phone immediately and were very helpful and I accomplished what I wanted on the same call. I felt that I got the same if not better price on airline tickets that I would have received at the airline's website. I was happy with the service I got. I'm hoping everything goes as smoothly at the airport on the day of my trip.
We had an awful experience with our flight. The day before our flight we checked- in online and obtained boarding passes. Next day, we rushed to airport an hour before flight in order to drop luggage. To our surprise, we were informed that flight was canceled! The next available flight was next morning. And it was already full. We had to re- book flight to different airport, which was 12 hours later. We spend 12 hours inside airport, tired and exhausted We've reached to customer service of travelopick and shared our bad experience Management found it very disturbing and completely agree that we should have get a warning from airline about cancellation, and we willing to compensate somehow our great inconvenience.
This MFs are scammers. They were showing the flight price as $134 since last two weeks. After I booked the tickets, they contacted me 15 minutes later saying that the price of ticket has been doubled. I asked the reason, and they said that website takes time to update the price. WTF! Does it take 2 weeks to update the price?
Horrible 3rd party site when booking a flight. Charged me $74 to check a bag when American Airlines only would have charged me $30. When trying to change a flight, they told me it would cost me double what I originally paid. This company is a complete ripoff and I will never use them again!

I booked a flight and 2 hours later, I received a called saying that they couldn't book me in the return flight that I initially booked for so they needed to book me on another for $194 for each of us (x3). They wanted to add $582 to what I intended to pay. So when I told them, just cancel my flight reservations and to my surprise they say, then we are charging you $25 per person which was a total of $77. WTF? I had said nicely but stern voice, I understand if I am canceling because I no longer want to have a reservation however, you are the ones that change the reservations on me and you want me to pay the cancellation fee. UGH! Just don't use this service and save yourself headaches from this stupid place. Their service does SUCK and I wish I had read this before going through them. Oh yeah, they gave me $25 towards the new price...wow...thanks alot.

Travelopick charged $74. For Baggage Charges and told me that my partner and I had paid to check one bag each. We had to pay American Airlines $60. Each for checking one bag each, because AA does not authorize any 3rd party business to charge baggage charges. Had to jump through too many hoops to request a refund from Travelopick. They also charged $197. To change my fight (two months ahead if time) from a Friday to the next day (Saturday)… Unbelievable! WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY!
As of right now I'm in the process of trying to resolve the issue. Linda reached out to try and get the process resolved. As soon as the process is resolved I will be back with another review.

If I could give negative stars, I would. I booked a flight with them and I received an email with the "confirmation" number. I had a weird feeling, so I went to Southwest's website to check and my information was not there! I immediately called to cancel (2 hours after booking) and they tried gaslighting me, like I didn't know how to check the website and that they were seeing my information. After threatening to call the BBB and blasting my reviews everywhere, they did inform me that it would cost $25 to cancel (after they tried begging me to just change the flight). Please, do not give this company your business as you'd be better off getting the tickets from the actual airlines with less hassle. I was not immediately suspicious, as most reviews are from people after they immediately purchase their tickets and only a select few mentioned people arriving to the airport only to find out they did not actually have a seat on the flight. Save yourself the trouble and their terms and conditions only allow for a refund for cancellation within 24 hours of booking!

THEIR PRICES ARE A LITTLE STEEP. THEY CHARGE RIDICULOUS RATES FOR CHECK-IN BAGS AND OBSERD AMOUNTS FOR ASSIGNED SEATS, WHEN YOU GET ONE FREE CHECKED BAG THROUGH AIRLINES AND CHEAPER ASSIGNED SEATS THROUGH THE AIRLINES IF YOU DO IT BEFORE YOUR FLIGHT.
Found a reasonable ticket. Price went up as we selected, so had to change flight times. Got a good flight for a good price. Had to pay each seat per flight. But overall not a bad deal.
Management swiftly resolved the dispute following the receipt of the complaint. I am happy that my dispute had been addressed and resolved very quickly, the same day from the management.

I purchased a ticket through this company I made a flight for 10:30 am I made it to the airport at 9:45am the airport kiosk was not working so I was forced to stand in line I made it to the front and was advised to switch flights because I may not. Ake it after the TA process I attempted to call not only was the agent rude when asked for the name and id he hung up on me the second agent by the name of dino did the same so I lost my money basically I called several times trying to rectify I even had trip insurance if for any reason I get a full refund that's a lie all they gonna tell you is it's nothing they can do so now I'm assed out stranded in a whole different state other than the one I needed to be in. Very frustrating when you talking to the agent and they cuts you off from talking to argue with u and then tell you there's not they can do for you I should have cancelled when I had my issue the first time but as of now and today I will not be using this service again. Agents want to raise their voices and question you why you didn't do this or that when your clearly explaining to them the issues I've asked to speak to a supervisor several times and just got hung up on Now I got to look for a whole different flight and spend more money makes no sense in putting insurance because they will not let you use it also not to mention getting marked a no show when your clearly there and trying to get the help. I have all receipts time stamps and screen shot as proof and I will post those as well since it's nothing that can be done these agents are very rude and argumentative that is very unprofessional
