The Phone can be configured a million different ways with all sorts of rules. Best of all it is extremely user friendly and a lot of the programming can be done right off my iphone. Our users love it, theн also love the iphone/android app. The customer service is excellent and in 5+ months we have only had one outage and that is when someone cut a major internet cable somewhere.
