If I could give zero stars, I would. Like many others, I've tried—and clearly failed—to secure a "free" bikini during the TRIANGL Free Bikini Giveaway (July 7–13,2025). It's difficult to believe that 1,000 bikinis could be placed in carts and fully checked out in under one minute, every day. On a previous day, I had a bikini in my cart only to have it disappear at checkout, so I know for certain that items are not being held during the transaction process. That alone makes the experience incredibly frustrating. After Monday's giveaway, there seems to be no credible evidence that anyone has successfully received a free bikini, leading myself and many others to reasonably question the legitimacy of this promotion. The lack of a CAPTCHA system to deter bots only adds to the suspicion. Ironically, I came to this promotion genuinely interested in the product and fully willing to purchase something if I didn't win. But after experiencing what feels like a deceptive campaign, I will not be supporting this brand in the future. This entire giveaway has damaged your credibility. Shame on you, TRIANGL.
They have a ridiculous return policy they will not budge on. Which makes it difficult to comply with as you have to obtain an email confirmation from them which takes days before you can even ship it back. You also are unable to exchange top/bottoms which is ridiculous when their sizing guide is wildly misleading. When contacting customer service all they do is regurgitate the same policy over and over again. What is the purpose of having customer service people when all they do is copy and paste the same thing over and over again?
This is a warning about Triangl Swimwears bad business practices. They lie! It has recently come to my attention that Triangl Swimwear does not honor their policies and has been lying to their customers. And people need to be warned cause they didn't do this to just me. Triangl's website is super clear, which I love, because I now have so much evidence. The website says " taxes will either be included in the product price or calculated separately at checkout" and for US customers "you will not be charged any additional duties and taxes upon delivery". Bull$#*! because two weeks after my bikinis were delivered I got a $370 tariff bill from FedEx. The bikinis originally cost $228 dollars. That's almost $600 for 2 bikinis. So I reached out to triangle because there appears to have been an error, possibly a technical issue on the website at the time that I made the purchase which allowed for this incident to occur because my checkout screen said nothing about duties tariffs or taxes, and that indicated to me that these fees were already included in the final price of the bikinis like their website stated. Triangle has not been very helpful. But they don't want to acknowledge the real problem which is that I and we as customers were reassured multiple times on triangles website emails and social media that this wouldn't happen, that they would be upfront and honest with us before we purchased the bikinis. So please, like you said, "Have Our Backs" and honor your word.
I ordered several bathing suits for my daughter totaling $37 four weeks ago with the assumption that shipping is 3-5 days per their website. It is a month later - no package in sight. I am not able to track my order - the bogus tracking number goes to some 3rd party tracking app that has no information, and each email I send seeking status and then requesting a cancellation and refund comes back with info that the order is 'in transit' and to be patient. Very dissatisifed with the experience and doubt we will ever see the merchandise. I would steer clear of this company!
Yes, I read your return policy.
You are the only online store I know that does not take returns and at least offer "online credit" to still use at your store.
So, because over the holiday 14 days for a gift was not ample time to return once she tried it on. We are left with an item she will NEVER wear because it is too small. Yet, still has tags, and every other store we shop online with would accept the return.
We will never shop from your store again.
Happy to exchange for a larger size. But doesn't seem that is even an option. Pretty defeating as young women attempt to purchase swim suits online.
POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Do not order from this company. The size guides online are terribly misleading. Based on measurements that I triple checked I ordered the size corresponding to my measurements. Once the bathing suit arrived it was TINY and did not match up with the measurements for the online size guide. I submitted a return request, I was required to pay $30 CAD shipping to send the package. After weeks I received an email claiming they received the package and would refund my money. They refunded the initial price of the bathing suit but not the GST that I paid directly to them at the time of checkout.
I understand not refunding duties and taxes paid to the delivery service/customs on delivery but refusing to refund a GOODS tax that was paid directly to them once the goods are back in their possession is unheard of.
Purchased a suit for my teen who loves this brand. Knew you had to return within14 days—but we were only trying to exchange and thought the policy for exchanges was more flexible. Either way, we were only a few days outside the window due to Spring Break travel. The process is painful in and of itself—no phone # to be found anywhere; submit ticket through site—so many days later—we received a decline altogether and a chastising email of policy—no returns or exchanges with 14 days. I've written back several times over the week to ask for grace as we are first time customers (still learning their sizing) — zero response. I tried going in through Chat, through Insta. On Chat, they wrote me and said I was getting bumped to the end of the line each time. Does it matter? Still no response and no resolve. We would have been lifelong customers had they worked with us. At the time of writing this—I'm still hoping for a resolution and my daughter still wishes for a suit she can wear. $130 in their pocket; not mine. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. They won't survive all the excellent sites who know how to run online businesses. I'll update this review if I receive an option to exchange.
I ordered a bathing suit and I sent it back for a return and they are telling me that they didn't receiver it. I sent them proof of USPS and also of the receipt that they received it, and now no one is getting back to me.
This company used to be ok but something is going on they cannot answer their chat they cannot give A return response for a simple exchange after 9 days the suits are beautiful but not worth the hassle
If you have boobs that's aren't tennis balls this brand won't work for you. Pictured is an XL. Took them over a week to get back to me regarding returns and you only have 14 day window.
VERY POOR SERVICE. WANTED TO RETURN AND THE NEVER GOT BACK TO ME. NO PHONE NUMBER, ONLY CHAT WITH AI.
DO NOT BUY from Triangl. They won't even exchange a sizing on a piece of this swimsuit because it was longer than 14 days (3 weeks in this case) and now I lost two whole swimsuits ($200) since you can't even buy a separate piece. Long time since I bought something in a store with such absurd policies, it will definetly be my last time
First time I wore my bikini, the bottoms were destroyed just by sitting on the side of the pool. I emailed triangl and told them about it, they refused to do anything about it until I threatened to leave an honest review - they ended up sending me a new pair of bottoms (that I am reluctant to wear because I don't want to destroy them too). I am currently on holiday and have a NEW problem - after swimming in the ocean and hand washing my bikini, I hung it up next to my white singlet and it LEAKED colour all over it. These are crappy Chinese made bikinis and I cannot believe the markup on this crap. Never again.
Beware, sizes are about a size smaller than what you're used to. Also beware they have a 14-day return policy that they won't budge on. I returned from 10 days of work travel the night before our vacation. Cute suit, but when I tried it on that night, it was too small. We left the next day. I tried to return/exchange the suit when we got home. They said it had been 20 days since the item was delivered and refused to return or exchange the item. I now have a suit that will never fit me, thanks Triangl. There are too many other options, buy somewhere that has customer service.
Bought a suit from this company that broke upon first use, went back and forth with customer service for weeks and wasn't able to return, exchange or get money back. This company is a scam, the quality is terrible, and customer service is a complete joke.
I purchased a bikini that was poor quality and ill-fitting. The bigger problem was the nearly impossible return procedures and policies. It was unclear how to return it or to where, there is an extremely short window (14 days) in which to return it, and the entire process is overly difficult and tedious. Will never buy from here again.
Excruciatingly painful to deal with when trying to exchange or return items, nearly a week of trying to exchange Bikini tops due to size variation. I have actually got to the stage of giving up as they want me to pay more money to purchase items "as they are low in stock". The tops are not available separately so i would have to purchase whole bikini sets.
I still haven't received address to return items.
I bought a top in size Small and got a top XXS. I had to send 3 emails to customer service to get a reply that they allowed my exchange finally. I was informed that I had to pay to send the item back because they didn't provide a return label. They sent me the wrong size, and I had to pay $26 to return it. Terrible customer service, no phone to contact. The chat is awful, and they turn down the conversation while you are writing to complain. I want my money back and won't pay for their mistake. I never bought a top XXS. It was my first purchase and the last one, for sure!
My suit was a size large even tho my daughter is generally a medium. Cost $20 to ship and was tiny! When I returned it I paid for shipping again. The company say they never got it back even tho it was sent fed ex. I never got my refund and paid for shipping 2x. What a scam!
Answer: The tracking number is sent in the email with your confirmation!
Answer: Across the board, the shipping is $20 and takes a few days.
Answer: Be very wary on top of $20 dollar postage we had £50 nearly 50 euro addition fed ex charges for taxes and handling. Disgrace. Whilst their website does say we are responsible for all the taxes and cost they are very very high and ultimately not worth paying for
