I ordered a bathing suit and I sent it back for a return and they are telling me that they didn't receiver it. I sent them proof of USPS and also of the receipt that they received it, and now no one is getting back to me.

Purchased a suit for my teen who loves this brand. Knew you had to return within14 days—but we were only trying to exchange and thought the policy for exchanges was more flexible. Either way, we were only a few days outside the window due to Spring Break travel. The process is painful in and of itself—no phone # to be found anywhere; submit ticket through site—so many days later—we received a decline altogether and a chastising email of policy—no returns or exchanges with 14 days. I've written back several times over the week to ask for grace as we are first time customers (still learning their sizing) — zero response. I tried going in through Chat, through Insta. On Chat, they wrote me and said I was getting bumped to the end of the line each time. Does it matter? Still no response and no resolve. We would have been lifelong customers had they worked with us. At the time of writing this—I'm still hoping for a resolution and my daughter still wishes for a suit she can wear. $130 in their pocket; not mine. Worst customer service I've seen in a long time. They won't survive all the excellent sites who know how to run online businesses. I'll update this review if I receive an option to exchange.

This company used to be ok but something is going on they cannot answer their chat they cannot give A return response for a simple exchange after 9 days the suits are beautiful but not worth the hassle

Horrible service and isn't returning money after I've sent items back. They confirmed that they received the bathing suit but never returned the money.

If you have boobs that's aren't tennis balls this brand won't work for you. Pictured is an XL. Took them over a week to get back to me regarding returns and you only have 14 day window.

DO NOT BUY from Triangl. They won't even exchange a sizing on a piece of this swimsuit because it was longer than 14 days (3 weeks in this case) and now I lost two whole swimsuits ($200) since you can't even buy a separate piece. Long time since I bought something in a store with such absurd policies, it will definetly be my last time

Beware, sizes are about a size smaller than what you're used to. Also beware they have a 14-day return policy that they won't budge on. I returned from 10 days of work travel the night before our vacation. Cute suit, but when I tried it on that night, it was too small. We left the next day. I tried to return/exchange the suit when we got home. They said it had been 20 days since the item was delivered and refused to return or exchange the item. I now have a suit that will never fit me, thanks Triangl. There are too many other options, buy somewhere that has customer service.

Terrible quality, after 1 hand wash it changed colors. Also, customer service is awful. They email you multiple times to make it pain and say they can't exchange or refund. I will never order from them.

The website doesn't allow anyone to leave bad reviews - terrible quality, broke after first use and extremely cheap fabric. $50 duties and taxes tacked on upon import so I ended up paying over $200 for a cheap pair of bikini bottoms. NIGHTMARE return policy, don't recover most costs. Do not buy from this company.

Bought a bikini and wore it once before fabric began to pill. Contacted Triangl for exchange and they would not accept any fault. Offered free shipping on another $90 suit that is worth $10. Do not buy from this company, selling garbage for a premium.

My daughter purchased a swim suit she loved (the Candy Dandy). It did not last very long, we estimate she wore is about 10 times. The clasp broke when she was putting it on. Triangl would not replace it as it had gone over the 30 day limit; no flexibility. An $80 swim suit should last longer than this. There are lots of good brands out there that stand behind there product - buy a different one.

I ordered a biking for my girlfriend and I paid 90 euro. Transaction went smoothly.
Two days before delivery I received an email from FedEx (delivery company) and they asked me to pay additional 36 euro (40% more of the price that I paid) for import tax and for administration cost.
That's ridiculous. This website is a scam! The customer support is useless, they can only say we are sorry but we wrote it in the Q&A.
The merchandising comes from Hong Kong, not from US, so you have to pay import tax in Europe and that may vary based on the destination country. In my case it was France.

Please avoid this website if you don't want to have bad surprises.
I really hope I will not have additional issue with the delivery.

Their products are shipped from China and are absolutely awful quality. The sizes are ridiculous I am a size 8 in tops and somehow I'm an extra large the biggest size They have. Asked them what size I've been there recommended a small so I bought a medium to be safe does not fit at all, and the returns policy is absolutely disgusting it cost $30 and also they have a 14 day period. Summer service just lie and and not helpful and is so fake and rude do not shop here it's not worth it

This specific swimsuit faded quickly after washing in warm water. I believe if worn in warm water such as warm pools and or hot tubs this will easily fade. In the picture I compared the original color to how much it faded! Clearly this suit was made using very cheap dye. Definitely not worth over $100! It really is such a shame considering how cute their swimwear is.

I wish I would've come here to research the company before I purchased a suit. The quality is very low, the sizes would only fit a 12 year old and even then barely. Shipping is also very expensive and you have to pay for your own returns so to receive a terrible $90 swimsuit and send it back will cost me $40.

DO NOT BUY! Such poor quality swimwear and even worse customer service!
First of all, they charge $20 for express shipping with no option for standard shipping. It took 8 days for my bikini to arrive! I reached out about my concerns of not getting the express shipping I'd paid for and they sited a holiday in Hong Kong as their reason for delay (even though they have an Atlanta, GA warehouse that services the USA)
Next, after ONE wear the bottoms are frayed and the material is falling apart. I've followed their care instructions to a tee and have not sat on rough surfaces! Even the front is frayed! They will not replace them and are blaming me for improper use. If you can't get in a chlorine pool with the material then why on earth would they use that material to make a bikini?

I got the Nusa sparkle bikini- Cheap horrible fabric and TINY sizes. Not suitable for anyone who isn't a size 0 and even if you are a size 0 I suggest sizing up to a large. Not one woman featured on their website has any curves at all. Very expensive shipping and returns - not refundable when the tiny swimsuit doesn't fit. Worse quality than they have at SHEIN not even a little bit worth the price.

Despite confirming what size to buy with their "very helpful" representative, the size did NOT fit and I had to return the product and waste more than $30 on shipping back and fourth. And question arises, if it cost me $11 to send the item back via USPS, how come they charge $20 for shipping? The product looked pretty and quality was good but this material is not suitable for anyone who has even an Oz of fat or loose skin b/c it is barely elastic at all, making all the imperfections exaggerated. I tried to speak with someone regarding waving the shipping charges since the "expert" advice on sizing was a waste of a phone call and they pretty much told me politely to go f. Myself. Never buying anything from Triangl again.

Ridiculous. Took 5-6 weeks and 4 unanswered emails to have someone answer my return request to provide me with the information to even start the hassle of returning the poorly made bathing suits that totally aren't worth any of this effort I had to put in. Even if they looked decent on, these bathing suits were so itchy and uncomfortable I would never keep them. And then to go through this months(!) long process and then pay $16 in shipping? Most companies do free shipping because they actually care about the customer and when an online purchase doesn't work. Especially as a bathing suit company where online purchases are likely less than more likely to actually work when you try it on. Everything about this was ridiculous, I will never be shopping at Triangl again and will continue to share my experience online and with my peers.

Good bikinis considering each is $45-$50 for each in a set which is better than most insta shops, etc, although i did hear they fade a ton so not sure. However, terrible customer service, exchanges and returns. Such a shame

When seeing all of these reviews, you think the worst of Triangl. I was in the same situation, but I was so wrong and got so scared after reading these, but for nothing, everything was at superlative. Made 3 orders, purchasing 6 beautiful swimsuits, they came in their bags and all of them are such great quality. Everyone is complaining about delivery, but mine have been delivered within a week which was absolutely surprising and amazing. Thank you so much Triangl for the best service and the most gorgeous swim pieces. Highly recommend them.

Shipping said 3-5 days but my suit took about to 2 weeks to arrive. Kind of annoying since shipping is $20 but the customer service was incredibly sweet and were so quick to get back with me through email. The 24 hour online chat feature is great too. They again were incredibly sweet and i could tell i was actually talking to a real person. They informed me that shipping is a little crazy and slower than usual due to the virus which i completely understand is out of the company's control. I live in the US and had to pay a $4.00 international fee but hey thats not a big deal. My suit is beautiful. Great quality and its true to size. I am a 4-6 in pants and a medium in both top and bottom fit me like a glove. I will be purchasing from them again :)

The bikinis look exactly as they do on the website. The sizing is as expected and I haven't had an issue, except for one time when I voluntarily ordered a size smaller in case I got lucky, since it was sold out. It didn't fit (obviously) but customer service was very helpful and nice in setting up a return! The reason I put 4 stars vs 5 is because I find it kinda silly having to pay 20$ for shipping alone, yet returns aren't covered. Also they intentionally keep low supply on their bikinis for demand. Other than that, really nice employees and cute bikinis!
