The hotel booked was extremely dirty and did not meet expectations. Unfortunately, the hotel was being difficult and refused to change the duration of our stay. However, Violet did her best to negotiate with the hotel, to no avail. She tried a few times but in the end, she could not do much since the hotel refused to refund. However, Violet still did her best to provide goodwill compensation which I am grateful for. She's super patient, understanding, and I felt heard despite the situation.

With all the promos on app. For 11.11, even though promo code was copied, I could not find anywhere to enter them.
Airfares published for 11.11 was not the same when searched. Feelings of being bait and switched.

Plus why do you offer flight with Air Canada that allow a carry on included and the return flight with Flair Airlines where you have to pay extra? It makes no sense.
Pay way too much money as price were in USD should have paid same price but in CAD.
I will never use your website anymore to book a flight or anything else.

Our Jetstar flight was cancelled. After a full day of delays waiting in the airport. Because we had booked through a third party, the Jetstar app would not recognise our booking number. We did not get any communication. Less than ideal when other passengers were able to easily check and rebook. Now flying 24hrs later and have lost a day of our trip and incurred costs at both ends - unused booked accommodation etc.

I visit 1st time on trip and booked a flight on it i have a middle name on my passport and when i make a booking there is no option on the form for middle name only the option come first and last name i contact to customer service they say you can submit as it is wait for issue ticket we can make a change after 2 days i received a ticket then i call again told the whole story they say we can make a request and we take care of it after submitting a request they took 2 days for that request and now i can charge for this request on it wow what a service

I booked with an incorrect name, and customer support helped me cancel immediately and applied a full refund, which only took 24 hours to process. I rebooked with them again, and will continue to monitor the site for upcoming travel deals.

Booked travel needs to be in date order of travel rather than date of being booked. With many bookings made and changes occurring, it's not easy to determine if all travel arrangements have been made.
Using Trip Coins should be an up-front menu choice rather than at checkout/booking.
The process of price matching with other website's offers is cumbersome and confusing. It's just so much easier to choose the cheaper option than spend hours trying to save a few dollars with Trip. Trip needs to use an AI program to immediately determine a comparison site's offer is better value, or not. This is an easily programmable function.

Answer: Do not book with them. If anything happens and you need to modify your booking they will not help you. They have canceled people's bookings at the last minute as well. This company is all about the money. Once they have your payment they are done with you. DO NOT book travel arrangements with them. Read the reviews and I'm speaking from experience. The price is good but if anything happens they will take your money and will not help you.
