Poor customer service unwilling to help even when the mistake is on them they say it isn't and you don't have a say. BTW screen name Promise with the escalation departments claim they have no supervisors which explains why it's screwed up.

This is a travel agent through our company and is optional that we use for most things but you can legitimately get around it. I promise I will going forward this is about the 3rd time there was an issue and they either can't or unwilling to help.

Not only does the company not refund the $20 fee after a cancelled trip, they take ages to give you your refund for the flights/hotels. So they steal from you after providing average overpriced travel services that any other booking service provides.
Free Amazon Card! Said the e mail just fill out a questionnaire. Sure then a call, then another then another? No I am not interested. I was and it wasn't what I wanted. So Allen, then Ryan Chien wasted an hour "Ryan is inviting you to a scheduled Zoom meeting." They intentionally pulled a bait and switch. Didn't follow through on a promise for my attention...
