Poor customer service unwilling to help even when the mistake is on them they say it isn't and you don't have a say. BTW screen name Promise with the escalation departments claim they have no supervisors which explains why it's screwed up.
Not only does the company not refund the $20 fee after a cancelled trip, they take ages to give you your refund for the flights/hotels. So they steal from you after providing average overpriced travel services that any other booking service provides.
