I had to get a new card and spend another $35.00 when it was YOUR fault for letting some employee from truelink with this number: *******564 Yes, this is their real personal cell phone number. I called it and told the truelink employee which they admitted they worked for you, to NEVER hack my account again. I want my $426.00 and add $35.00 to the True link refund for ANOTHER new card. You refuse to answer your phone and hung up on me TWICE! Here is proof of who I am. Grace Messenger and NO ONE from Truelink called back. I'm out money because the bank doesn't care. The FDIC has been alerted to these scummy bank practices. The person in question is a True Link employee who used MY account to charge for Apple Pay as well earlier this month. Apple Corp refunded me and alerted me to who it was that charged MY card when Truelink refused to refund the stolen money. This is TWICE in the same month my account was hacked! I just had to add more relevent info. Thank you. Fire that sonofa$#*! you hired!
