This company has a great platform with many unique features. In my opinion, they should add more dialects so the speech recognition system can be utilized in different languages and provide support across all supported languages as well.

I am thoroughly enjoying my experience with this platform thus far; they offer many opportunities that are not available anywhere else which makes me feel very welcome as an entrepreneur in today's competitive marketplace. The website could use some more user-friendly language on it and customer service has been great so far, I'm excited for what they have planned next month :)

The trading platform is perfect for traders, they have many assets and account types with various ways to help you learn the ropes through their educational materials. My Account Manager was great - he helped me make strategies that now lead to 10% monthly profits!

The withdrawal service is supposed to be the most crucial and how I mostly judge platforms. I personally never faced an issue with anything related to withdrawals or deposits. The service could more beneficial if they'd PayPal payment method but my favourite is Bank Wire so it does not bother me anyway.

After they convinced me to join and I deposit $350.00 cad, I was hounded almost every other day to add more. I finally said that I joined in error. Tried to get my money out and when I logged in one day there was $0 funds. Right then I realized I got taken. Pleaded with them to return my cash, but no response. They are crooks, scammers and dishonest germs that steal from honest people trying to get ahead. I wish they get theirs, 100 time over of what they have done to the people that got scammed. Thank god I didn't put in a lot of cash.

This is a pure scam they start by being interested until they realize you're not putting money in then they call you weeks after you try getting your money out telling you to hedge your fund next thing is that your account is zero and you have no money to get be very wary of Marc Adler.

I definitely do not recommend this service. It starts by the fact that you are never able to contact directly your advisor, he never answered any of my emails and only he can call you, you don't have access to his phone number. The company is offshore and kind of shady. Then, the guy just talks you around the first 14 days, he asked me to invest more and more money, I put forward an amount above of what I could afford in order to get a sort of a bonus but the bonus never came and the advisor simply vanished, never called me back nor answered any email. Then in order to whithdraw the funds is another great complication, took a long time and I could not recover the entire amount I invested. It stayed as a lesson to research and only do business with LEGIT businesses.

Their service is absolutely fantastic! My account manager is always available when I need him and the education, they provide on their site is second to none. TrueNorthBit has a great team from top to bottom. Always love trading with them and earning a profit of 12%!

I started with 250.00. They then let me transfer back 100.00 to show you how it's done. I then transferred 3,000.00. They keep giving you bonuses so your account soon increased to 6,000.00. Next an expert calls you to show you how to trade. They tell you exactly how to do it with a close after it reaches a certain Prices Unfortunately the price dropped but they did nothing, I closed the trade at a 1,000.00 loss. They talked to me and gave me the 1,000.00 back as a bonus. I has told I could get the total account out but after 2 weeks, the only amount I could redraw was 2 000.00. I then tried to withdraw the 2,000.00 but the expert informed me how to get the full 6,000.00. They then directed me to open up 16 trades buying and selling the same security, all open trades. After a week, they closed out all the trades which whipped out all my equity. Please don't trust them.

All those reviews are fake! I got FRAUD 1300$ by truenorthbit... Real SCAM! They even called me almost everyday to built a trustful relationship so I transferred 1300$ but after that they want it more money and I didn't have, so I want it to withdraw but they just don't answer me no more since a month... don't trust them.

Do not deal with them, they'll never honor your withdrawal request. I spent months trying to get my money from them pleading seriously and they were so adamant and vowed never to release it. Had over $400k that i couldn't touch. Eventually i was introduced to this agency Freenolds so i reported to them so they worked on the retrieval of my funds. Beware of their fraud.

Malwarebytes warned me to avoid TrueNorthBit but I opened the e-mail regretfully anyway.
Shortly after providing information the phone rang and Lisa Folk, Account Manager, started the sales picth.
Lisa quickly explained the profit potentials and I joined with a US $ 729. Entry.
The next morning, Brian Walker woke me and welcomed me to their Cryptocurrency Trading program.
He assured me of their Quick list " I. Captain of the ship. 2. No trade, no risk. 3 Liquidity ".
Then he suggested I needed a wallet but the lady and I failed to complete the application for some reason.
My son noticed that I was communicating with TrueNorthBit and advised me to check for scams on Goggle.
I was shocked with the reports and plan to ask for my money within the 14 day return promise.

Stay away, They are crooks. They will steal your money - stay away at all cost! You have been warned. I would give them a 0 star if I could. The worst company to deal with.

Lots of attention at first, I choose to trade via arbitrage to get a sense of how it worked. Two months into the game, after scheduled calls with broker that didn't happen, I decided to withdraw my funds. Multiple msgs/emails to support, account manager that took days for response from them, other than automatic msgs - "we will pass along your request to the account manager". Requested live calls, emails to inquire how to withdraw my $$. Got nothing but automated msgs saying request for withdrawal cancelled due to. Not providing adequate verification. Provided verification, said someone would call me. Eventually someone did, had me do 5 sells/buys then said finance department would call me few hours later. At that point looked like I had about $5000 available. No one from finance called, that was a Friday, by early Monday morning, no money available showing in my account. Last msg I got after I questioned this loss, was to the effect of "its a risk" I had chosen arbitrage so very low risk involved. No idea why all of a sudden they had me do something different, didn't close the positions, lost everything. They are not to be trusted.

Always asking for more money. If you try to withdraw They won't let you. Dont do it! Total scammers..
