Amazing Customer Service by "Nick". I left a 3-star review, based solely on the fact that I couldn't place my entire order due to limited stock available. Before having the chance to move to the next thing on my to do list, I "immediately" received an email from Nick, along with a special link to order the quantity I needed. It's reasonable to be concerned about the legitimacy and authenticity of acquiring a cheap Windows license online. However, OEM licenses for Windows are legitimate, and available at significantly discounted prices relative to retail versions that you buy in a shop. The difference - it's the same Windows, just that an OEM license cannot be transferred from one computer to another (when was the last time you ever did that?). I wanted a new license because I had bought a Mac and wanted to install Windows for use with Bootcamp as well as for running within a virtual machine. Upon purchasing the license I was immediately given instructions for the software download plus a functioning license key.

Not the cheapest software supplier available but still very competitive. Providing an impressive service with the product download, copy disc burning instructions and service speed all very efficient.

i was expecting a .exe file to download on my purchase of software. Received an .img file which confused me. Sent a quick message to the supplier for help who replied very quickly (considering it was a weekend), with instructions and the type of software needed to open the download. Viola! end of drama. Initially, had a concern I was getting MS 365, but MS Office was installed. I contacted the tech support chat & the person who helped me reassured me I had purchased the correct product. Thank you for your support.

To put it in short purchasing a software key from Trusted Tech Team was a very calm experience and the whole purchase went smoothly and how I would like it to. After purchasing I got the product code within a minute or 2 and no problems here either, activated straight away and downloading as we speak!

This is my second purchase from Trusted Tech this year. My first purchase was in August 2017. Nick M. helped me get the product loaded onto my computer and I have not had any problems with it. Great service, fast delivery ...can still work a bit on the prices as there are lower prices to be found, but legitimacy takes a front row seat when it comes to those prices. I am willing to pay a little extra for a legitimate key when it is still lower than Microsoft directly.

Found the best price on Office keys here. Half the price I would have paid buying direct from Microsoft. Checkout went smoothly. I received the keys within minutes of completing the order, and they both activated without any problems.

No problems at all just a little confusion with the download instructions but that was my fault for not reading correctly. All programs work fine but I still prefer the old versions but we must move with the times!

I recently bought Windows 10 Professional for a work colleague from TrustedTechTeam as an upgrade to the Home version that came pre-installed on a laptop. The price was very competitive. I was worried that there might be problems installing it or even getting the file as it was for someone other than myself, but it was all quite simple. I got an email confirmation with the download links, which I was able to forward to my colleague to use. He installed it with no problems reported. They also provided a VAT invoice which was handy as this was for work.

At first it seemed a little weird that there were a couple different download links, but its genuine and they provide good service. Side note, the reason they gave us two download links is that one was 32 and one 64 bit.
