They Delivered and the online chat helped. SO best to purchase when the online chat is available to make sure you get your software and licence key when you purchase at same time to avoid a slight delay in case you don't receive confirmation email straight away.

My experience was great with their service and resolution of the issue i had. I had an issue that i needed to have resolved, they did resolve it. The unfortunate thing was that i had to wait a day or two to install the software because I was busy. But overall i am well please with their service and support.

I recently bought Home & Student 2016 from trustedtechteam.com. During the process of waiting, it seemed stuck so I had to contact customer service. I was worried that I wasn't going to be able to get my money back, let alone get the software (Because keys are sensitive information and all). Immediately, someone called David assisted me and got my software key to me within five minutes. Awesome customer service, in my opinion. Would recommend.

I had a an issue with setting up my RDS Licensing server. I connected to the Trusted Tech Team support chat, got transferred to the correct person the very first time, and very quickly I may add. David was easily able to solve my problem and explain the process (in ENGLISH!). I will definitely use them again.

Fast and easy. Will use again. Only criticism is that the key was slightly hard to read - it was a choice between two letters. I got it right, but I can imagine, sometimes, the choice would be harder, if the letters were less clear. I know this isnt your fault but Microsoft and how they print their COA's. Still grateful to have found this amazing company!

I needed ms project and Visio, did some quick research and decided to buy from Trusted Tech Team. To be honest for the price my expectations weren't that great!!! However my reservations were completely unfounded, the download was easy via the Microsoft website, the codes worked first time and I had the software loaded on my laptop less that 15 mins after paying for it. I'm not usually one for recommending things but this genuinely was a great service for a great price..
