We monitor reviews for authenticity
They have refused to publish my reviews of a certain company on their site just because my reviews are bad and from genuine experience.
I wrote a review for a scam company that is under investigation by the BB and the FBI operating as a re-shipper for stolen merchandise bought on stolen credit cards.
Company called Winroze.
Trust pilot got a complaint from the company (of course) and asked me for documentation as a customer of the company.
I never received any documentation because the company is a scam and takes your money.
If they spent 5 minutes and checked out the company they would clearly see red flags like fake reviews, fake address (address is an apartment complex, but claims to be a shipping warehouse of 300,000 sq feet)
There is NO TRUST IN TRUST PILOT!
I cannot believe what I have experienced with Trustpilot. This company purposely blocks reviews for certain online retailers (please read their google reviews) and being honest about your experience has no value to them as it does not meet with their purpose. Their purpose is not to provide honest reviews clearly.
Also I can't even leave any type of review on google reviews as they are all being blocked regardless if they fall their policy or not. This is just unethical.
I have a feeling Trust Pilot is biased after my Ebay review which was an average review and my Poshmark review which was negative were removed but my Temu which was negative was left. This appears suspect to me. I didn't say anything except my personal experience.
Wrote an in-depth and honest review about VRBO and their gross misrepresentation of listings, only to recieve am email from Trustpilot informing me that I had 2 days to amend the review to protect VRBO. The review had discussed our safety and security concerns being violated and VRBO doing nothing about it. The only thing Trustpilot cared about was making sure VRBO was and is protected over the consumer. How can you call yourself "Trust"pilot when there is absolutely zero trust in your authenticity or integrity?
They remove reviews for companies that pay them, and not the review as it stands for the customer and their experience. I placed a review for a company and the ask me to remove all personal and company data which I did. They then sent an email stating promotional references or suspicious review patterns is why they removed my review. No Integrity at all, their reviews are all fix for the customer and not for the customer.
If you look closely, you'll find glowing reviews of companies clearly posted by a bot.
And reviewees carbon copy responses. Looks like reviewees pay Trustpilot.
Talk about fox guarding the henhouse
I am contacting you as I recently posted a review on the Trustpilot platform on July 07,2023, sharing my experience as a customer. However, I am surprised to find that Trustpilot.com informed me by email on August 04,2023 that my review had been removed.
I want to emphasize that my review was genuine and honestly reflected my experience as an user. I am a firm believer in freedom of expression and believe that customer reviews are essential in helping other consumers make informed decisions.
What confuses me even more is that even though my review has been removed, other reviews are still appearing on Trustpilot. I want to remind you that there should be no censorship of my opinion or any other opinion. I see inconsistencies in the moderation of reviews on the Trustpilot.com platform.
This is concerning because there should be no censorship on reviews and it is essential for me to be able to share my reviews transparently on Trustpilot, a platform that wants to be a reliable review platform.
I'm puzzled that positive reviews are routinely taken down, while negative reviews, some of which may be defamatory and derogatory, seem to remain online. This raises questions about Trustpilot's credibility as an unbiased and transparent review platform.
Fake company, offered us a subscription to change our company ratings on their website. Basically, they will good ratings for your company if you pay them a hefty amount.
I did a review of a terrible lighting company last year. The company put my review in for dispute and I was told I need to provide documentation. Fair enough--- on January 5,2023, I sent Junaise documentation and emails backing up my claim. I thought it was resolved----2 weeks later on January 17, I get the same thing from Samir. I started to get annoyed, told him to refer to my previous email. I was told I needed to resend everything, so I did. Now here we are 7 months later and I get the same thing YET AGAIN from Hassin. I sent an email blasting their incompetence, their record keeping and their lack of professionalism. The moral of the story is that you can be an awful, cheating, deceptive business, but if you hound Trustpilot often enough, they will take down your review. Honestly, use Yelp, they can't be bought like Trustpilot.
There should be laws against these total bull$#*! review platforms. They are just full of fake reviews by companies trying to manipulate gullible consumers. Just take a look at Bewley Homes and how all of their 5 star reviews are strangely identical. It's a joke. I wrote a review about Bewley Homes and their tacky cost cutting cheap fittings and fixtures and it was removed after pressure from the building company. Waste of time and totally corrupt.
I submitted a review on a firm I ordered from, at their request! When it was accurately portrayed that said firm performed poorly (in line with other reviews) they didn't like it and suggested I'd made it up. They have since removed my review because the only proof i have of said order are the item itself and countless emails which I sent them. Trust is not a word they should be using. Abhorrent behaviour.
I complained about a scam bitcoin faucet. Trustpilot claimed the website owner flagged it even though he claimed in writing he did not.
Amazon is a big company that lets the 3 rd party vendors scam their buyers. They won't allow you to review them if it's allowing future customers to see it. Stay away from 3rd party vendors. Amazon claims to stand with their customers but they aren't with their customers just want our money. STAY AWAY FROM 3 RD PARTYY SELLERS ON AMAZON
I had a bad experience with motor claims line and i provided a full, detailed and honest review on trustpilot only to have it removed.I contacted the customer service and they asked me to provide evidence for interacting with the reviewed company and i sent them emails, screenshots, communication over text message and whatsapp. After refusing the evidences provided (why i have to go that far in the first place to prove a bad experience?) i had a chat with one of their advisors and explained her that this is a conflict of interests what they are doing and is not fair for community. She accepted my reasons and said that my review is accepted now. This was on 12th of June 2023. Today i see that my review is removed. No reasons provided. Same in the past with Parcel2Go review. They clearly remove review to please theyr subscription paying customers and boost their positive reviews
If you leave a 5 star fake review, Trustpilot is the best platform but if you leave a 1 star review base on the experience you have, Trustpilot won't allow you review to be seen by other people. So it's a not the platform to look for honest and trustworthy reviews.
Garden buildings direct
Never order from this company the wood has so many holes in it once our builder had put it up I asked for a refund and they replied we don't give refunds even if it's not fit for purpose.
No roof windows missing cannot we are still waiting for missing windows
After 6 wrong deliveries.
3 months if stress and still not fit for purpose. This company should never be allowed to advertise on the interenet.
They won't come and pick it up give me a refund and acuse us over the phone that it's our fault. The wood had holes and the wrong parts have been delivered 6 times and we are still awaiting?
Never never use this company they are cowboys selling products that are not fit for purpose! Photos included.
While in the midst of activating my New Credit Card, KPK2J.com as an "AD" compromised the Site...As a result the Card could not be activated...So l am now waiting for a new card...l have checked the Site on Google..."TELLS ME GIRLS HAVING FUN"?...Anyone else know anything about this Company?...
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN WALMART. Went to 3 Different T-Mobile stores in Lancaster, Chester and Berks Counties. NOT ONE IDIOT EMPLOYEE COULD FIGURE OUT THE ISSUES WITH MY PHONES. THE SECOND ONE IN NEW HOLLAND, PA. REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION THE OTHER STORE NEEDED.ONLY AN IDIOT WOULD SWITCH TO T-MOBILE.
Total bucket of sh!t and not a review site. They remove genuine reviews, such a joke.
If I could, I would give 0 starts. THIS site must alter people's opinions and judgements what's REAL and what's FAKE. This site should be banned, locked and never run again.
They allow scammers to buy reviews even though it is against their policies. They allow scammers to repeatedly flag and hide the same reviews over and over again even after they are verified. They do nothing to protect the integrity of the content on their site whatsoever. I have to constantly watch my review of a fraudulent business to make sure it stays online so it can prevent people from being taken advantage of. Every day my review is offline cancer patients, people with thyroid conditions and alopecia are being taken advantage of by a grifter because they cannot find any negative reviews of this company. Trustpilot has been given a pethora of evidence. They just shrug their shoulders, say I understand how you feel and do nothing but put it back online where it can get flagged and hidden again. Sometimes almost instantly. So if you're a scammer and you want to be able to bully and harass those with legitimate grievances, Trustpilot is for you.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
