I submitted a review on a firm I ordered from, at their request! When it was accurately portrayed that said firm performed poorly (in line with other reviews) they didn't like it and suggested I'd made it up. They have since removed my review because the only proof i have of said order are the item itself and countless emails which I sent them. Trust is not a word they should be using. Abhorrent behaviour.
I complained about a scam bitcoin faucet. Trustpilot claimed the website owner flagged it even though he claimed in writing he did not.
Amazon is a big company that lets the 3 rd party vendors scam their buyers. They won't allow you to review them if it's allowing future customers to see it. Stay away from 3rd party vendors. Amazon claims to stand with their customers but they aren't with their customers just want our money. STAY AWAY FROM 3 RD PARTYY SELLERS ON AMAZON
I had a bad experience with motor claims line and i provided a full, detailed and honest review on trustpilot only to have it removed.I contacted the customer service and they asked me to provide evidence for interacting with the reviewed company and i sent them emails, screenshots, communication over text message and whatsapp. After refusing the evidences provided (why i have to go that far in the first place to prove a bad experience?) i had a chat with one of their advisors and explained her that this is a conflict of interests what they are doing and is not fair for community. She accepted my reasons and said that my review is accepted now. This was on 12th of June 2023. Today i see that my review is removed. No reasons provided. Same in the past with Parcel2Go review. They clearly remove review to please theyr subscription paying customers and boost their positive reviews
If you leave a 5 star fake review, Trustpilot is the best platform but if you leave a 1 star review base on the experience you have, Trustpilot won't allow you review to be seen by other people. So it's a not the platform to look for honest and trustworthy reviews.
Garden buildings direct
Never order from this company the wood has so many holes in it once our builder had put it up I asked for a refund and they replied we don't give refunds even if it's not fit for purpose.
No roof windows missing cannot we are still waiting for missing windows
After 6 wrong deliveries.
3 months if stress and still not fit for purpose. This company should never be allowed to advertise on the interenet.
They won't come and pick it up give me a refund and acuse us over the phone that it's our fault. The wood had holes and the wrong parts have been delivered 6 times and we are still awaiting?
Never never use this company they are cowboys selling products that are not fit for purpose! Photos included.
While in the midst of activating my New Credit Card, KPK2J.com as an "AD" compromised the Site...As a result the Card could not be activated...So l am now waiting for a new card...l have checked the Site on Google..."TELLS ME GIRLS HAVING FUN"?...Anyone else know anything about this Company?...
WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAN WALMART. Went to 3 Different T-Mobile stores in Lancaster, Chester and Berks Counties. NOT ONE IDIOT EMPLOYEE COULD FIGURE OUT THE ISSUES WITH MY PHONES. THE SECOND ONE IN NEW HOLLAND, PA. REFUSED TO PROVIDE THE INFORMATION THE OTHER STORE NEEDED.ONLY AN IDIOT WOULD SWITCH TO T-MOBILE.
Total bucket of sh!t and not a review site. They remove genuine reviews, such a joke.
If I could, I would give 0 starts. THIS site must alter people's opinions and judgements what's REAL and what's FAKE. This site should be banned, locked and never run again.
They allow scammers to buy reviews even though it is against their policies. They allow scammers to repeatedly flag and hide the same reviews over and over again even after they are verified. They do nothing to protect the integrity of the content on their site whatsoever. I have to constantly watch my review of a fraudulent business to make sure it stays online so it can prevent people from being taken advantage of. Every day my review is offline cancer patients, people with thyroid conditions and alopecia are being taken advantage of by a grifter because they cannot find any negative reviews of this company. Trustpilot has been given a pethora of evidence. They just shrug their shoulders, say I understand how you feel and do nothing but put it back online where it can get flagged and hidden again. Sometimes almost instantly. So if you're a scammer and you want to be able to bully and harass those with legitimate grievances, Trustpilot is for you.
Trustpilot is paid by the company that you review to source and maintain reviews. This naturally creates a conflict of interest. Trustpilot reaches out after a year and demands proof to keep negative reviews published, knowing that after a year they are very unlikely to get a response, especially with 'proof'. This is a dirty tactic ensuring very few negative reviews remain published.
The 5 four words above accurately describe the operation of the website as a whole.
A few days ago, I uploaded a negative review of CS.MONEY, a skin trading website that is undoubtedly one of the worst and scammiest websites I've ever used. They forced me to deposit large amounts of money in order to withdraw 'skins' that I didn't even have!
A few days later, Trustpilot contacted me informing me that my review was going to be taken down because it was not 'honest'. What the hell do you mean? The experience that I had on CS.MONEY was completely genuine, and I was only trying to deter potential customers from being defrauded by the site!
Looking at the way Trustpilot operates, I'm not surprised by how CS.MONEY has such great reviews. It's clear and obvious that Trustpilot removes ANY negative reviews of the corporations that bribe and pay them, regardless of whether the reviews were truthful or not (just like how some soccer teams pay referees to get more favourable calls). Trustpilot are a bunch of corrupt, dirty, filthy scammers, and I hope that one day they will get the retribution that is undoubtedly coming to them.
Please do NOT, under ANY circumstances, use Trustpilot for ANY reason. Stick to other review websites, like Sitejabber, that actually provide an honest reflection of the corporations that are being reviewed. Trustpilot's poor rating on this website is completely accurate.
To CS.MONEY and Trustpilot, I have only two words to describe you: institutionally corrupt. Try taking THIS review down!
After a horrible experience with MY PERFECT RESUME, I saw that Trustpilot had an unreal number of 5-star reviews. I noticed many of the comments were stating incorrect information about their services. I tried to leave my experience and was asked to give an ID number before it would be posted. I do not have an ID number. I asked Trustpilot where I would find my ID number. They responded by removing my negative review from their site. WHAT? After researching other review sites, I found MY PERFECT RESUME is everything terrible and very much a scam. Trustpilot has some scams going on themselves. I am disappointed because I have relied on them and know many people think it is legit.
Sided with BES Utilities who's owner has been jailed for 13 years, removed all the accurate reviews in favour of his company, they lack integrity.
3 months ago I reviewed facebook market to alert people of the rooms/houses scammers, posting all over the place. I also reported this matter to the email I found on the Gov website, alongside with the email conversation from a lady who tried to scam me with an apartment. A couple of days ago, I was reviewing something else and I found out that, out of the blue, Trustpilot blocked my account. I got in touch to ask explenation and they said my facebook review, from 3 months earlier, could not be verified for lack of proofs which I need to send to them if I want my account to be unlocked. I was complitely shocked. I explained that has been long time since that review and I no longer possess those emails, which could have been reasonable to ask at that time and I would have been more than happy to provide. They didn't care basically. My account is still blocked lol.
Trust Pilot is one of those companies that because of their size, manipulate you into joining them to off-set the influence they have. On TP your website will have a poor score and a few spurious reviews they have collected for you. You have to join to set the record straight, bring in legitimate reviews and get a legitimate review score. Once in, they ramp up the rates beyond belief. Avoid!
I wrote a positive review about Sitejabber on Trustpilot. Here is what I wrote in my review "My friend recommended the Sitejabber website to me after I had a bad experience with an online purchase.
I have been referring to all the reviews before I make any purchases online. Thus far, the reviews on this website are spot on and have not steered me wrong.
Highly recommend to all online shoppers."
Trustpilot decided not to post it on their website, it went live at 5pm and it was removed at 5pm, citing that they couldn't verify its authenticity. WTH? I read the reviews on Sitejabber to see if that particular online business has good reviews, so essentially TP is claiming they couldn't verify the fact I actually went to the website to read the reviews. Therefore it's a fake review. In what world would their decision make any sense to anyone?
I wrote a negative review about Trustpilot itself about this irrational request on their website. Surprise, surprise, it was removed at a lighting speed. Never got to see the light of day.
It is obvious TP is deliberately removing positive reviews about their competitive review platform - Sitejabber. While removing negative reviews about itself to boost its own rating.
How can one trust the reviews on Trustpilot where they removed reviews to benefit themselves? There is NO TRUST, just a plot to make money with a biased website. Readers beware of all the positive reviews about TP's about itself. It's a shameless self promotion of its credibility!
Scammer without verification take review
We already requested multiple time i didn't received this user order on my site but he kept his review
Has a tonn of extremely dump users that just put some $#*! without facts. World known superbrands has 1star usually, caused by joke customers who didn't read any terms or other info about products. Totally joke. Don't believe this monkes as they literally zero iq. Believe only self experience and trustly professional peoples. Babons shouldn't influence on your opinion. Take care.
Answer: Simple it is their website so they remove reviews that are negative just like how they let complains report negative reviews on their website. Trustpilot is not a good website the company allows companys to report reviews and since the companys pay them many reviews are taken off and removed..
