I was told it would take 2-3 weeks for 'processing", They received my return on April 12th and I still have not received my refund. When I inquired about it, I was told that it may take 2-4 weeks. That is absolutely ludicrous. If you buy from this company, make sure it is what you want because they do not know how to handle returns and refunds.
