Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.

Ordered, no available as advertised. Customer service offered a refund or.8mm wire. No train smash, changed nozzle on welder and all was good. Thanks for the interaction which saw my work moving forward.

Components looks like low quality but for the price it works brilliant. This is purely for the novice and hobbyist. I would not recommend it for someone who will use it daily based on the construction of this welder but you get what you pay for and for me it does what I expect it to do at a very affordable price. I placed an order and paid for items on 29th November 2024 to the value of R 8000.00, to date I have had no correspondance about my delivery of my items neither can I get a hold of TSA Welding on their number listed on their website. Delivery is stated as 2 - 3 Working Days but I am waiting over for 6 days without knowing the status of my order.

According to the online calculator on TSA website the amount includes delivery was R 387.00 I paid R 608.00 and TSA only refund me R 121.00 instead of R 221.00, they keep R 100.00 due to no reason.
