Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.
Well done from order to delivery only 1 day. Excellent service. Special thanks goes to Stuart for delivering the items super fast. All requirements were met and the order were fulfilled.

Delivery time was good. Its a good quality product and I did my first MIG welding after setting up the machine.
1. The machine is fitted with a dual purpose MIG wire drive bearing - namely a 0.8mm Serrated slot and a 1.0mm non-serrated slot. The 0,8mm can ONLY use Flux core MIG wire (Non gas) and the 1.0mm can only use Solid MIG wire (using Gas) The size of the contact tip supplied was 0.8mm with a spare tip provide.
2. I wanted to do MIG welding so I also ordered a packet of 1.00mm contact tips and a 2 x rolls of 1.0mm Flux Core MIG welding wire (Gasless).
3. Point no.1 needs to be added to "what you get in the box".
Basically out the box, the welder is configured to use 0.8mm Solid Core MIG welding wire because the contact tip is 0.8mm and the supplied drive bearing has support for 0.8mm Solid MIG wire.
4, The Manual.
It's pathetic... The voltage switch goes from -2V to 0V to +2V. Nothing in the manual explains what with is uses for. I have had to spend days looking at YouTube videos, reading endless articles to try and workout how the manual works. I even went to the web site listed on the manual with no luck.

TSA charge a very fair price on logistics and normaly are very fast. Just last order was slower than usual due to courier company.

I put my order in on a sunday night and on wendnesday morning my parcel arrived with the correct plasma cutter assesories wich other componies normaly get wrong and takes 2 weeks. Thank you guys at TSA welding suplies for the fast services

I ordered the MIgarc 195 at about 21H00 on 24-1-2022. BY 9H00 the next morning, the job had already been processed and later that same day, i received a tracking number and notification, that the welder had been fetched by the courier company. By 10H00 on 26-1-2022, i have already received my welder in KZN.
I am blown away by the fast turnaround time.
