Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.

I received my welder 2 days ago. Firstly I must state the delivery was prompt and as discussed on the date it was promised. Secondly the quality of the product is very poor and badly assembled. The welder itself is not bad for the price, the body was made from very thin material and will not last in a industrial world. I know the welder is for the hobbiest, but you could at least put the body on rubber feet or something. I expect the machine to be stable on a flat surface but it wobbles and the wire compartment scrathes on the surface when its opened. Very bad body quality that it.
