Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.
I placed the order well before Christmas and have not received it yet. I can therefore not comment on the product

Very good welder I'm happy. However this mig welder do not come with al the Drive Roller's and on website it didn't state what drive roller comes with the welder. Need to buy/order now seperate roller for the wire that was ordered. Web site unclear of the description of items and need to phone every time to make sure.

The service was excellent, as was the knowledge of the salesman. A suggestion: I do think you could set up a YouTube video or two on your site to help with the welding machine's setting. The manual is skimpy. It could also help marketing yourself.

Request. Increase the welding glove availability especially for TIG, as the gloves available cannot withstand the heat from Tig.
