Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.
I have made a few purchases over the years and have had no bad experiences at all.

Once I placed my order, I received regular communication concerning delivery, which by the way was exceptionally fast. I bought a Rilon MIG 160E gasless combo and it was delivered the following day. They were quick and professional. Everything was in the package as described in the advert. I am enjoying the machine. It is a pretty decent combo for the price.

I purchased the Pinnacle 195 MIG/TIG welder as a novice looking to do home projects and received the unit within good time. I chose this over the 165 as it has replaceable cables rather than built in & the ability to hold 5kg wire spools. I also prefer the extra current capability as it means that the machine is not operating at limits.
The unit is nicely built with a good solid feel and not made from flimsy thin sheet metal like some others I looked at and is perfectly fine for home use (and probably just as good for the business handyman).
The manual is not great but I didn't find it quite as bad as other reviewers implied but it will help to watch plenty of Youtube videos (including the Pinnacle Youtube channel) as I did to get a feel for the machine and just use the manual to confirm settings (it's really not too difficult). I have done some test welding on scraps and since I am completely new to MIG (and not much experienced on stick welding), I don't think this is going to have a steep learning curve.
The machine comes with a single feed-roller with both a 0.8mm solid wire groove & 1.0mm knurled groove that I am using 0.9mm flux-core wire with no problem (having contacted Pinnacle directly to confirm). Feedback from TSA was limited to responding to an initial email enquiry but thats where it ended - no answering of my phone call and no reply to my second enquiry regards to feed-roller.
Over-all I am looking forward to improving my welding skills as for the new home user I expect flux-core wire to be a lot easier to master and very satisfied with my unit so far. Time will tell that it has longevity.

I have bought a welder and some other bits from TSA in the past and have just ordered some spares for another one of my machines. The parts I have ordered have always fitted well and TSA sells really good quality brands like Parker. Overall I am very satisfied with the products and service. Goods arrive when they say they will even though they rely on outside transport / couriers. I can highly recommend TSA.

The order process and delivery went well.
It seems an invoice is not issued as part of the normal process. My request for an invoice resulted in an invoice in the name of Cash Sales (online) but subsequent requests for a corrected invoice in the name of the purchasing company was successful.

I ordered the Pinnacle 165 from TSA Welding and did not expect much for the price.
I was very surprised with the high quality machine I received within a few days.
Then I needed welding wire and ordered it on Friday. Lo and behold, it arrived on the Monday, right on the other side of South Africa and on a farm, no less.
