Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.
Excellent communication and very flexible, item in excellent condition at great price.

Manual is not very clear. Luckily my technical background helped me to sort everything out. Made a couple of test welds to sort out settings. Must still use it on a project but very satisfied so far.

My first MIGARC welder and this weekend I welded a small frame, it is a experience for me to weld with the welder of this quality. Normally I spent half of the time trying to close holes (because of experience) but with my new welder it is a walk in the park even for someone with my limited experience, no holes and it actually looks like I know what I am doing.
I think it is criminal to take on a project with any other welding machine.
TSA also assist me with changes on my order and delivery was fast.
