Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.

Nothing wrong with my purchase, the goods are perfect and work as expected. TSA's choice of courier is my problem. RAM is just horrible and I'd be hesitant to order again if they remain

These guys must have a killer supply line setup because I received my urgent order for a high pressure nitrogen regulator within 16 hours of ordering it. As well as the products available being priced very responsibly, one cannot ask for a better experience
