Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.
The Welder is great, delivery was prompt, and buying was a breeze.

I have received the order on time and as it was chosen on the website, every thing arrived as expected lots of information was shared about tracking and the entire process was good right up to final delivery.
I am normally a size XL, so that was my selection for the yoke, when I fitted it the stitching tore at the back, I managed to get it on but the sleeves are so skinny around my arms, I can't bend my arms, it actually cuts off circulation around the elbows so I will not be using it and because it is now damaged I feel I can not return it, so it will be folded up on a shelf for a few months and then once the pain of the school fees fade I will bin it.
So please make sure you get one 3 sizes up if you decide to get one.

I ordered the welder over the festive season. They were closed but as soon as they open I received an update. Delivery was fast and was kept updated the whole time. I must admit the the Manual that comes with the welders doesn't help. I had to google the get everything working. They need to update the manual. Welder performs as advertised, Nice and compact for a machine that takes the 5kg wire spool. They also need to include an isolating nozzle adaptor for when you use Flux core wire and not gas.

Excellent product, excellent and quick service and delivery. I have never used Mig before so it was all new to me so setting up was a nightmare as the booklet with it was completely useless. Problem solved by going onto the pinnacle website I found all guidelines to set it up and more, I then printed out all relevant information and made my own booklet. TSA please look at this info and put together a booklet with this info and supply with the welder, it will make your service even better.

Website is good, shopping experience without any issues, delivery period good, packaging very good. Box was damaged though but no damage to goods inside. Courier Guy should take better care. Only item on wish list is to include invoice on profile, so that it can be downloaded when needed and not have to ask via e mail. However, when requested, the invoice was forwarded promptly, so no complains.
