Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.
Hav e wanted a MIG welder for a long time but always put off by the higher prices. Then this offer came up, almost too good to be true. Purchased a unit and with prompt service and delivery I am now getting to know MIG welding. At age 80 I have found a new skill. Have used stick welding for years but now have the extra welding facility.

I can only praise Stuart at TSA, but the choice of courier makes me think thrice before ordering. These days I'll just drive somewhere and purchase out of store. In the past they used a different courier, that was A+

I'm happy about the package deal but the helmet was cracked, it's not a high quality auto darkening helmet. I emailed them the same day and they responded immediately but after that nothing, no update on the issue

Contacted the company before and received timely and accurate advice. Finally ordered over a festive season promo and had to wait until the industrial break was over to get it shipped, which is fair enough but there was no communication of that. Product came well packed with additional order couriered to me. Everything works fine, however some glue marks were on the cables that needed some rubbing. Will definitely order again consumables or additional items if the need arises.

I have received my welding machine as promised. The delivery time was good and all my items were delivered in good condition. I am only giving this a 3 star rating for now because I only opened the package to check the contents but I have not had the opportunity to use the welder as yet.

I have not yet tested the machine... but it came sooner than i expected and looks axactly as advertised no hassle no stress... i will only be testing my mig 195 this weekend... but so far i am very happy

Order and delivery was faster than expected. However the small black glass was broken so, packaging. The product user manual was a total disappointment. Not all buyers are experienced and thus need more info on machine in specific the settings. Maybe TSA can combine and add a manual of their own?

After actually trying to buy the same thing from two other sites, TSA came up. And the experience was so excellent I actually felt the need to write this review. Normally I'm indifferent when something works as you'd expect. But contrasted to my first two attempts elsewhere, the website was quick, well laid out, simple to use. And then the delivery was lightening quick. Truly well done.

I had an easy experience making my purchase and was assisted when I requested an additional item I purchased to be included in the same delivery. Delivery was faster than expected even with all the public holidays. I cannot as yet comment on the product as I am out of town and will get to it on the weekend.

There service was very fast, placed order Tuesday, got delivered next day. The instruction manual however is not very clear. For a DIY guy like me who have his first experience with a MIG welder, the settings part is not clear.

I wasn't to happy about the packaging.
Manual is basically useless. Had to go online to find the settings to get me started (1st welding machine).
Im happy with how the welder works. I got good results within a few hours of practice. Can't wait to do more projects.

Excellent delivery service. It was delivered to CT within 2 days of placing the order. Being new to welding the manual is totally useless, so as it stands, I cannot comment on the machine itself, as I need to figure out how to use it.
