Only one phone call, and I was equipped with honest technical advice for my online purchase. I am extremely satisfied with TSA Welding's service and the welding machine combo. It delivers exactly what we need, the spite it being the less expensive option out of the lot.
I bought a roll of Stainless steel mig wire online on Thursday. It was immediately despatched and I could track the next day. It arrived Monday morning by courier. That is good service. By contrast, I bought another item from a supplier in the same town at the same time and it was despatched late Friday and I only received middle of the following week.

I was most surprised to receive the welding machine I ordered, two days after placing the order! I don't think I have ever experienced fast service like this before. The guys at TSA were very helpful with advice and information, assisting me to buy the correct welding machine to match my needs. Most recommended!

I ordered mine online and it was delivered a few days later. When trying to get it setup i needed assistance and contacted TSA. The chap i spoke to was very helpful. I haven't been able to test the unit as yet, but i'm sure it will do its thing.

In these tight times we all have to vigorously control expenses and that is what TSA helped me achieve when I needed to replace old regulators. In fact it was better than that as I found a kit that not only had the regulators but also a Brazing/Soldering gun with nozzles, all in a carry box at a very affordable price, delivered to my door. I truly not regret buying this machine. Its a wonderful machine and does wonders. The only issue that makes me give the review 3 star is that, on the specs it was sais that it comes with 3Metre Mig Torch hence to find out that its 1.5Metre. In overall tha machine came as early as possible and in good condition

I've ordered a Pinnacle MIGARC 225 kit. Delivery was done within a remarkable 3 day period. I've welded the weekend with the Welder and it's an absolutely great product. Very easy to setup and so easy to weld with. Even if your not a skilled Welder, the Welder compensate for this.

Item found on BorB at very good price. Placed order on Wednesday afternoon. Order promptly confirmed by BorB / TSA and dispatched. Week end intervened and package delivered early on Monday morning. Fortunately was at home to receive. Courier should have phoned to be sure I would be able to receive at that time.
