We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
Josh and keith were considerate and took good care of my belongings. They are nice young men. The main office people are also great. Friendly, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.
So far, I have not received very good customer service and my representative has not been very attentive at helping me find the best solution for shipping my items.
I am entrusting a Belgium china hutch manufactured in 1789 to Transit Systems for shipment from Arizona to South Florida. Isaac Votta is my liaison who has made this transaction easy for me. Besides being professional in handling this antique, he is extremely personable and a true joy with whom to work. He has the capacity to set one's mind at ease and took the time to explain how an item of this age and value will be handled and wrapped. This is my first experience with this brokerage (and Isaac) and I'm thrilled that I am participating in what feels to be a pleasurable experience. Isaac has taken the worry out of shipping. I'm reserving final judgement until the delivery has been completed, but I am confident, due to Isaac's words, that this will be a very professional relocation of such a valuable item.
If you are considering a move, I feel strongly that you'd be in terrific hands with Transit Systems. There was no wait time when placing a call to them and there was immediate response to emails, as well. True Efficiency!

TSI SUCKS...worst shipping ever in my 50 years living. Do NOT let Kathy Temple tell you otherwise. They take your money and leave you hanging for 60 day deliveries when they promise 15-20!

I received a quote quickly online. Although I called after hours and my rep was out until Monday I was very admirably serviced by an other rep and all aspects of the move were fully explained.
Wow! Where can I start seeing from all the reviews this there is a lot of complaints I'm not sure why it's rated A in bbb. The delivery started in New Jersey they pick up our mattress white glove service we paid extra for and they were very professional they picked up the mattress had enough people to carry it. The problem started when they got to Texas. 1. Transit gave our delivery to another company which we did not agree with. 2. The 3rd company metropolitan Couldn't find our address which we explain very very clearly. 3. We paid for a white glove service and the movers ask for our help very unprofessional. 4 The mover came into our Room filled with mud and we just got this brand new house Completely ruined our rug. 5. Then my husband had to help the movers move the Mattress. 6. The UN professional movers opened our Box outside in the rain and dirtied it with mud/ Dropped in mud. We told them we did not want the mattress and they took it back. Now we've been calling transit and metropolitan which has Been a huge problem. Transit kept saying we don't have insurance Which from what I'm reading a lot of people go through the same problem with them. Do you seriously need and InsuranceTo have the job done right which we paid for. It is not our responsibility that your employees and 3rd company ruined our mattress. Every day we called the company and they always say please allow 24 the 40 hours which has been going on for A month now. We have been nice speaking to renee but obviously it does not work and now we have to move This to court. She said let me give you an option you can have your ruin mattress back or a 60 cents a pound after ruining your mattress are you serious we want a full of refund of what we paid for our new mattress we gave her receipt pictures of the mudIn the mattress. What if your employees were upset put a knife in the mattress and said Hey you have insurance but I'll just ruin your mattress because I am upset do you cover thatYour liability insurance should cover stupid employees. Either you pay the full amount of the mattress back to us or we go to court and You will pay even more for this stress were going through because of your horrible Business.
The shipment was picked up and delivered on time and in the condition it was sent. I was advised each step. Overall a very good experience. I didn't know what to expect. Pleased. Thank you

Your representative, Susan Osborne, was very helpful in expediting a a small shipment order for us to meet our special needs. She was both professional and very pleasant to deal with.
My phone contact with TSI setting everything up was excellent and gave me a great feeling about the move. The contracted move company itself - Don Farr movers - I would rate "average", not "excellent". They were about two hours later than the initial phone contact on move day said they would be. Then, we were the last load onto the enormous truck, and we had a major problem getting everything on board. They wanted to pick the rest up a few days later, but I was moving furniture out of a parents' house and was only in town for the pickup, and leaving town the next day. They decided to rent a U-Haul and take some of our furniture temporarily to a storage facility and get it later. Finally, though, they got everything on board, but only by putting the top of an antique grandfather clock in the cab with them. It was stressful. Delivery went a little more smoothly, although it was 16 days between pickup and delivery, which was longer than I expected. The spindle at the top of the grandfather clock (the part that rode in the cab for at least part of the trip) was broken off upon delivery. Delivery was out of a different truck so clearly there was a transfer of goods between trucks at some point. They tried to deliver a chair which wasn't ours, and it took us pointing out the different sticker to get them not to. Made me wonder what might happen if someone actually wanted a piece that they tried to deliver to the wrong house. We got all our furniture, though, and in the end everything was fine (other than the broken spindle).
The driver of the truck who handled our belongings was great. However, one piece was missing and we have tried calling the hauler and TSI to see if it can be located and delivered with NO RESPONSE. No. I would NOT recommend TSI
Customer service & delivery were efficient & friendly. Pricy for the inconvenient scheduling, but the couch was well packed and arrived in perfect condition.
Communication with this company is top notch. They keep the customer informed every step of the way. Brian Mitchell knows his job and is very customer orientated. Good company employees.
This was a great service. My only complaint was the missed pick up appointment. It was rectified following a conversation/call made to management.

4 boxes were lost and received a few days late for an unknown reason as they were all loaded together. Also, boxes were very dirty and ripped in various places.
The order process was professional, included timely and helpful responses to questions, and courteous.

I was told I would get my furniture delivery between 3-5pm. It's now 10pm and they won't be here for another hour. Not my idea of reliable or dependable.
Our delivery was later than estimated on delivery day. But still on the planned day, and the driver called well in advance to let us know of the arrival time change. No complaints
