We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
Everyone was very professional and courteous. They kept me informed throughout the process. I'm very pleased.

It has been an absolute nightmare working with this company. We were looking to move a grandfather clock across country after a death in the family and based on initial response times and friendliness we decided to work with TSI. Our representative Kathy Temple pressured us into purchasing both the crating service and the insurance. While we were not fully in agreement, the piece was important to us and we figured it was better to be safe than sorry. Thank goodness we did get the insurance! After being told we absolutely 100% needed to crate the clock for safety, the team that picked up the clock DID NOT crate it but claimed it would be "fine" traveling over 200 miles to some shipping center to be crated there. I called Kathy to express my concern that after forcing us to get the clock crated, why in the world would they not crate it until halfway through its journey across the country?! She was very rude, made it apparent that she did not care anymore now that the sale had been made and told me this was their standard procedure. Ultimately did nothing to help and left me feeling like I was taken advantage of. I will never use this company because had my wife or I been told in advance that this was their "standard procedure" we would have used another company who would have taken better care of the clock.
When the clock arrived it was broken in MULTIPLE places. The clock face was destroyed, the glass shattered on the sides and I can only imagine how banged up it was on the inside. It looked as though it had been dropped or intentionally kicked in. The delivery team put it back on their truck to take to a warehouse to get "fixed". That is all I know at this point. TSI has not contacted me in regard to this issue or returned any phone calls. I have no idea where my precious clock is or what they are doing to it. This company is horrible.
PROVIDED A LOW BALL QUOTE WITH INCORRECT WEIGHT WHICH DOUBLED WHEN THE PROPER WEIGHT I ORIGINALLY LISTED WAS USED. IF I HAD NOT BEEN ON THE LOOKOUT FOR THIS DETAIL I WOULD HAVE BEEN DUPED.
The men who delivered our furniture were fantastic and took great care of our items. Everything was well wrapped and without damage.
Phone personnel were very friendly and knowledgeable. I asked for shipment to arrive after a certain date had they were very accommodating.
Items were picked up on time, service was professional, shipping time was reasonable, arrived in good condition. Very satisfied with this company

Mattress arrived with box half off. It was tightly packaged upon drop-off and it was very disappointing to get a dirty mattress on the other end.
After making the reservation it took a month to pick up our order. And now it has taken 6 weeks to deliver the package. Very frustrated.

The two guys who came to pickup the items were very professional They did a awesome job protecting the gun cabinet.
The first part of my experience was pretty good. Easy to get a quote and book the service. Pick up was timely and the driver was courteous, assuring me that he would shrink wrap my seven boxes on a pallet back at the warehouse. Things went awry after that. The boxes did arrive all together, shrink wrapped on a pallet and COMPLETELY smashed in all around. Thankfully, I wrapped and arranged the items well, so nothing was broken. My daughter, who received the boxes, was extremely distressed unpacking every box, thinking that something had certainly broken. After this minor drama, I received an email from TSI informing me that I had (already) been charged additional money because I gave the driver the wrong slip. When I called to inquire about this, I was told that I was sent three separate emails and that I needed to print up the one that said 'hand to driver'. To be clear, I was told when I booked the move that I would need to print up an email and hand the paper to the driver, so I knew that I had to do that.
Thinking that I had been the one to mess up (it happens!) I checked my email, every folder, to find the attachment I was SUPPOSED to hand the driver. I never received three emails. I received one email. This is the one I printed up and gave the driver. When I explained all of this to the woman at customer service she informed me, very slowly and carefully like I was a child, that she had been doing this for a LONG time and that of course she sent me all three. I checked again. Every folder. With multiple search criteria. I only got one email.
I'm irked about having to pay an extra $50, but it's not that big of a deal. The reason I won't be using this company again is because their rep made it clear that they will not take responsibility for a mistake nor even actually entertain the idea that a mistake may have been made on their part. It told me what I needed to know about them.
I am completely satisfied with my TSI experience and have added it to my list of preferred providers.
