We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!

I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.

Our move, #******* was originally requested for 10/5 - 10/7 and, once set up, changed to 10/7 - 10/9. I have been in contact with, and left messages for Alan Silverman co confirm our move - hopefully for 10/7 - 10/8, with no tangible response. I am concerned because we have made arrangements for the remainder of our furnishings to be donated to Habitat and our flight up north are scheduled for 10/10, am. So far, this has not been a very satisfactory experience, to say the least.

The company I worked for booked TSI for my relocation, which I see why they had them as a third resort.

First they were extremely over priced and numbers where completely off based of the estimate they gave me for my relocation. Ended up being a $1000 difference.

So I was told that my items would be delivered on Oct. 28th before 12 noon, which I specifically took off work for. So 3pm rolls around and I have yet to hear from someone. I called tsi which the guy I spoke with who I believe was John or Ryan Who act like they didn't know what was going on, so he said he'll call me back shortly. Once calling me back he told me that the driver should of called and told me that my delivery wasn't gone make it until oct 29th instead.

Shortly after getting of the phone with John or Ryan the driver called me and told me everything that was going on. He also said, they (as in John or Ryan) knew that my delivery was gone be pushed to oct 29th and they should of been called and told me.

Once my stuff arrived, everything was going well until my 55" flat screen tv screen was shattered, which the unloader Chris blames it on the team that loaded it upon the truck. Considering that I paid awfully a lot of money for this relocation they could of done better at taking care of this situation. So now I'm in the process of my attorney getting involved.

The carrier missed four separate scheduled pick up times, and eventually got it on the fifth attempt over a week later. As the customer, I had to initiate communication with TSI after every single failed attempt and eventually ended up managing the coordination with the carrier myself. TSI's customer service and operations teams do not value the customer relationship and do not have effect models in place for pushing out and managing customer-stakeholder communication. This was a stressful experience and I will not be using the services again.

I appreciated TSI's communication and explanations while I was shopping around for shipping companies. I also appreciated how they worked to get me set up with claims for some damaged furniture despite that fact that I called a day past the reporting time frame and didn't note the damage upon delivery. As for price, they were about the same as the other companies I looked at. I would recommend them in the future.

This is the worst move and customer services I ever experienced. I was lied to from the start, the rep left the company and no one followed up on my order that was placed 2 months in advance; resulting in my pick up being delayed 5 days. I was low balled on the rate which resulting in having to pay almost double the original quote, and everyone I spoke with implied that everything that went wrong was my fault. My daughter who was at the destination had to change her business travel flight 2 times late because of it. I will never use this company again, and will let everyone I know what a terrible experience I encounter as a 66 year old lady that was just preparing for retirement, and was frustrated through the entire experience in dealing with your company.

TSI was easy to work with and was able to arrange pick up of my items quickly. Communication was great and the pickup went smoothly and professionally. Unfortunately the delivery was not as smooth. The driver damaged 2 pieces of my furniture through carelessness. I was standing right there when it happened both times. TSI has been great dealing with it so far and I am starting the insurance process now. Hopefully the items can be repaired without difficulty.

The were very customer oriented, providing the information I needed and pushing me to contract with them immediately. When we decided to go ahead with the process, it was smooth and easy. The team picking up the cabinet arrived on time, were very personable and extremely knowledgeable about dismantling and protecting the furniture. The cabinet was delivered today in perfect condition. My boxes were lost on three separate occasions, all within the terminals. Communication was non-existent. I was promised calls regarding the status of my boxes, and never received them. Customer service reps seemed not to care. It took over a month for my 7 boxes to arrive cross country, when they were promised to arrive in 1-2 weeks max. Once my boxes finally arrived, they were beaten up and torn. I would never recommend your service to a friend, I will not use your services again, and I am disappointed that I trusted your service in the first place, and spent over one grand on risking all my belongings only to have them damaged upon their late arrival.

We moved 7 boxes (packed by owner) and 3 pieces of furniture from CA to NC. We paid for insurance on 3 of the higher value items. Most of the shipment was of sentimental value as it came from a family home. Several of the boxes were marked "Fragile" and we were assured they would be handled as such. 3 weeks later our shipment was delivered in NC and we were very upset at the state of the boxes. Shipping labels had been pasted over the words "fragile", boxes were broken, damaged, taped back together and sadly a number of items were broken, despite being well bubble wrapped. Our cedar chest was scratched and damaged and we are still waiting to hear from TSI about that insured item. Our smaller damaged items were not individually insured since we had not itemized and valued each box. Customer Service is non existent. We do not recommend this company.

Initial representative who helped me contract for your services went over and above to help arrange the service. The local rep who was sending the delivery to me did not relate that I would have to have a loading dock at my home (which I don't) and then the original rep came back into the picture to get me an actual curbside delivery (ground level with a lift gate truck). The local driver was only obligated to off load the boxes, but instead moved them all the way into my garage and helped me inspect the boxes for obvious damage. When I tried to tip him for his excellent service he advised me that it was against company policy for him to accept it and was very firm even after I advised him that he deserved it for the garage delivery of my boxes. Such high integrity is rarely seen these days. So from start to finish this was an exceptional experience. I cannot recommend this organization too high. 5 Stars seems so inadequate. Thank you very much!

Initial contact by phone was good. Information related and emailed contract. Tips on packing were good on the website. Pick up went smoothly. I was told sooner I schedule a pick up the more likely my items would be delivered within the week I needed. Delivery was a month later. Delivery was very unsatisfactory. I didn't receive the 'white glove' contract as I purchased. One piece of furniture was ripped apart to fit in a box. (Upon pick up I was told I wrapped it ok. And that it was fine. They would wrap it in padding). Time will tell if anything in boxes is broken. I haven't gotten to them all yet.
