We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
Very late pickup of two dressers in Wooster, Ohio. However, the team was professional and I felt my furniture would be taken care of. The delivery in NYC had to be completed by 5 pm due to co op rules. I had requested a morning delivery, but it was delivered around 4pm. The team was fast and very professional.
Overall, I was satisfied and both dressers are antiques and they were very well wrapped. Better than having me do the move!
Very unsatisfactory. I was told my vintage furniture would receive "White glove" treatment for packaging & handling. My furniture arrived in extremely damaged boxes and when the boxes were opened, the individual pieces were literally dumped in the boxes for transport. I registered my complaint and request for monetary compensation 2 weeks ago with Phil and have not heard a word since that time.
I contacted them when I first decided to send a large item form Kansas to California. I then got sick. I was contacted but not pressured. It felt good knowing they would be there as I got well. I now have the photos and the cedar chest ready to go and they are able to pick it up this week. I have to say that Phillip was the person I have dealt with so far and he is awesome. Patience but available.
I shipped a dining room table, 6 chairs, coffee table, and 2 boxes from Reno to Seattle. TSI lost one of the boxes and is still "looking for it". Communication is all one-sided; if I do not call, I hear nothing about the progress of finding my items. I would not recommend this service.

My online and phone experience with Transit Systems was good and efficient, however the shipment was pretty much a disaster in that the item of furniture I shipped was significantly damaged. I'm very disappointed.
Large art piece arrived safely secured in a custom built frame! Great delivery guys too! Only (minor) complaint was that it was raining and the bubble wrap/protective plastic wrap did not cover the top of the piece. But, I was able to dry it off without any damage to the piece.
The service was bad: the boxes came in absolutely crushed.
Besides, the biggest box was lost. On the top of that, for an additional weight the company took 400$ from our account without having it confirmed with him.
My experience with TSI was exemplary. Good communication and prompt responses. This was my first time using the service and I plan on regular use. It is the best value for shipping sensitive and expensive works of art.
Overall I give high marks for the ease and very courteous service of this company. The cost seemed a little high however that may be my fault as I gave dimensions of the twin beds being set up not thinking they break down to a much smaller dimension. They were a day late and put me in a difficult position. They only offered me a 25 $ rebate I will not use this company again, and I have 4 complete house that need all rooms filled with furniture moved up north they won't get me business
This is my first move and although the sales gentlemen was great at his job of selling your movers as the best, I trusted him and your service failed me. 2 of my largest items were a mattress and box spring and they were both severely damaged. The mattress is still usable but the box spring is damaged in several locations. Another box I had was torn as well but luckily I had packed it in bags in addition to the box so my items were still in tact. I did buy insurance but an am being refunded a small amount and nothing close to replace my box spring. Had the agent explained the insurance policy better this may have been avoided. I am very disappointed at the handling of my things and then the poor customer service after you got your money and now I am stuck with damaged goods as I do not have the funds to pay the deductible and difference. I would never use your company again and will make it known on other sites.
I was glad I found you because I had such a small amount to get from LA to Texas. It was nice there was someone who could coordinate with my son and his schedule without me trying to do it from the middle. Everything arrived in perfect shape.
I used TSI to ship some household contents, including an antique desk, from Iowa to Florida. The pickup was on time, and the drop off was on time as well. The trip-time took less time than I had expected. The price was fair and competitive. I am satisfied with this service and would use them again if need a long-haul shipper.

Well done! Professional, careful, courteous, met expectation, even exceeded some expectations! This is my second move this summer, estate items, so not a normal size houseful. We chose a van lines the the first time; TSI was soooo much better! We paid about 20% more over the van lines with TSI but it was worth it! I am happy with their customer service; they do answer their phones and they did return calls. Although I didn't call much because they sent me email updates, nice touch! The guys in the truck were professional and friendly, knew their stuff. Contract was clear and straight forward. No surprises! I recommend this company. They moved my heirloom custom grandfather clock very nicely. Thank you Tom and team!
Requisite information, such as clock prepatation required to be done separately from Transit Systems, was not forthcoming on website or in initial contractual discussions. This added a lot of stress to the experience.

The worst customer service in any industry I have ever experienced. They inflate their invoices with numerous errors. They pull potential customers in by making false commitments and refuse to communicate after they take your money. Quote from customer service; "management is unwilling to resolve our errors with a reimbursement". They showed up with an outsourced truck completely full and just said "sorry nothing fits". Other comments such as "I don't want to be-little you but we have other customers too". The same person talked over me every time I tried to explain several errors and issues. They just don't listen to their customers at all. The customer service reps refused to return calls as well as the CEO on their video. They took over 4K from us after acknowledging their bill had items we did not have shipped. All facts. DO NOT USE TIS COMPANY! This is a review based on facts.

I called two days ago, Aug 3 for a quote. The woman I spoke with said she needed my email address to send me the quote. I said I didn't like to give out my email address, because then I would get a lot of unwanted messages. She assured me this would not happen, but ever since I received your email quote, now every time I turn on my computer or go to any website, there is a pop-up add from your company. Please make this stop.
Steve was the true meaning of awesome. So patient, so helpful, so calm, as I was so stressed out.

1- Movers had diff delivery date than planned, they were finally convinced to come night of planned delivery date.
2- 500.00 extra charge with estimate - refrigerator eventually moved, use of shuttle after mover randomly asked about our street and no clear notice our move would cost more and we only added 2 extra lamps and I volunteered my own boxes if needed. Our coordinator was notified, appreciated my email feedback but no resolution made. Hoping my email escalates to Mgt.
My expectations were exceeded. I was a little paranoid having someone handle a family heirloom, and I highly recommend reading all of the information so you aren't surprised by anything but tsi delivered as promised and I would use them again!
My customer service contact, Susan, was incredibly empathetic, warm and helpful during our interactions. She went above and beyond on more than one occassion to help us resolve the issues that invariably arise when you're moving a family of four across the country. I felt she actually cared as much about our move as I did, and was genuinely concerned not only about our belongings, but about our success and well being. Because of that, I cannot recommend Transit Systems highly enough.
