We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
My representative, Tom Tract, was excellent! I changed the order four times as family members decided to take additional furniture. Tom was patient and at the end of the day everyone's furniture arrived in tact and to the correct destination. I will definitely recommend TSI to anyone who has this type of moving need.
TSI moved a queen mattress from Seattle to near Philadelphia for me. I appreciated that TSI associates were completely transparent, professional, and knowledgeable from beginning to end. I would definitely use them in the future for moving large items. I recommend them highly.

TSI provided professional customer service throughout the process of moving several antique furniture items for us. The delivery ended up being later than the window, but the two individuals doing the delivery were working hard. The delivery was completed with care and thoroughness.
Very responsive to all inquiries. Competitive rates. Great experience. I shipped a mattress, box springs and frame. The only negative I had was dealing with mad pick up person. He was late so suppose I was last on list. He pushed the mattress h box spring down the driveway to his truck because he could not maneuver the driveway. Other than that bed arrived in timely fashion.
Quick and easy to sign up for service. Pick up turn around time was good and the communication with all parties was clear and timely. It took 3 or 4 extra weeks beyond what we originally were told to receive our delivery, but we weren't in a huge rush to get the pieces so that was OK. The guys who unloaded our pieces were very professional and courteous. Overall a good experience! Thank you!
Steve has been incredible to work with. After being in a time crunch to move due to a new job, I reached out to TSI and Steve worked with me to schedule my move in less than a week. He has made a very stressful situation much easier to deal with. I may be paying a little more than the other quotes I received, but having someone communicate with me and give me the service that I need during this time is worth it.
Contracted with TSI to ship a family heirloom from CA to NC on Tuesday and arrangements have already been made for pick up Wednesday evening. Isaac, our rep and Mike who booked the shipping were very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. An issue arose with the packaging of the piece and Isaac was quick to respond with how the process will work putting everyone at ease. We anxiously await the arrival of the mirrored hall tree but feel certain that it will be handled with care. I would recommend the team from TSI for all your shipping needs.
Terrible in all aspects of my transactions. Will not answer my calls will not call me back left half-a-dozen voicemails and messages emails everything with no returns ever. Would give zero Stars if it would let me. Did not want to leave this review like this but by giving them two months with no response at all I have no choice.
TSI was able to make accommodations on relative short notice, but it cost me about $300.00 additional to make those arrangements. I contacted them 12 or 13 days prior to shipment. The said the needed 15 days advance notice to ship my item to pay the quoted price. I wasn't aware of that restriction.
To be fair, everything else went well.
We had a buffet shipped from Philadelphia to Virginia. It arrived perfectly. I was not there for the pickup, but was impressed by the deliverers. They were extremely careful not to mark the walls, which was not easy considering the size of the piece. I was especially impressed when they, noticing our hardwood floors, asked for felt bottoms for the legs. They put on the felt so the floor would not be scratched.
I received my items, undamaged, within the timeframe. The customer service rep was very friendly and answered all my questions. My only complaint was my interaction with the moving team at delivery, who were not friendly and did not inquire if the items were in good order, etc. The price wasn't cheap but I really appreciated not having to crate or otherwise package my items and coordinate with yet another third party vendor (I paid for white glove service). I'm thrilled to finally have my family dining table!
The pickup came earlier than arranged and didn't call or text when he was there. We were in the backyard and if my husband hadn't happened to come just as the drive got in his truck to leave, we would have missed him.
The tracking number did not accurately show where the shipment was.
It took twice as long to be delivered than I was told.
I haven't received a quote yet because it's Sunday. The website states that quotes requested over the weekend won't be delivered until the next business day. Knowing that is helpful because it's disclosed ahead of time.
Paid extra for a guaranteed pick up date. Driver was late and had to come back again 2 days later. Couldn't carry all load ( my fault). Had to have another truck. It didn't come until 26 days later. Missing some items.

I shipped an heirloom piece of furniture from the West coast to the East coast. The pickup and delivery occurred on schedule and there was not a mark on the desk using the white glove service. Top marks for the process. The singular weakness was communication confirming pickup and updates on transport. Fixing this would result in a 10/10 rating.

Generally, the process with TSI was very easy and seamless. They were able to coordinate my dates quickly and easily and the moving company they contracted with did a very good job. They charged me the amount they had initially quoted based on what I had guess I would end up sending. In the end, what I had estimated from that initial quote ended up being fairly different than what got put on the truck. That was a bit confusing but I never reached out to clarify (my company was paying for the move so I was less focused on price than I otherwise might have been). Generally, my stuff made it safe and sound and I was happy with my experience.
The communication was excellent and I felt that I was being updated every step of the way. However, the condition in which I received my items through TSI was deplorable to say the least. Each box was packed carefully and with adequate cushioning prior to shipment but when I received my boxes in AZ (from VA), the boxes were it terribly poor condition: Dirty, some ripped and barely holding together. Clearly they were not handled properly and I lost an appliance and several other items due to severe damage during the shipping process. I'll be using a different service the next time I need to ship my items.
I was very nervous to have some sentimental antiques moved cross-country. I had no one to vouch for TSI except for online reviews, which were very positive but it's hard to ignore few people's bad experiences. Nonetheless, I took a chance on TSI, and it was an AMAZING experience. They were so efficient, courteous, and proactively kept me in the loop with every step of the process. More importantly, my precious antiques arrived on time, safe and sound. I would highly recommend TSI for anyone would has a small load of cargo to move cross-country.
The company organized a move from the Chicago area to South Florida with some very specific requests. Isaac was very responsive, professional, and made the move work perfectly. I would highly recommend.
Shipment from Florida to California was delayed two weeks because my furniture sat in a warehouse in California and nobody bothered to tell me. It was not until after repeated calls to the main office that we FINALLY were able to get the California warehouse to contact us and schedule a delivery date. However, they only delivered one of the four pieces of furniture we are shipping. We still don't have a delivery date for the rest, however they did see fit to charge our credit card for the balance that was supposed to be due after delivery was completed. Not a good experience so far.
Thomas has been very attentive and prompt with inquiries and email communications. He was also very complete with information he provided by phone. We are looking forward to a successful transit experience.
