We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
Easy to arrange the shipping details. TSI worked with my schedule for the timing of the delivery and all pieces were received in excellent condition. Delivery men were quite polite and professional. I would certainly use TSI again.
This is the second time I've used your services. The first time was an excellent experience. This time has been excellent so far. What I have been told has happened on time or earlier. I'm looking forward to another excellent experience when my items arrive at their final destination.
My item arrived damaged, and your team offered to take it back, have it repaired, and return it. The repair was well done, and the item returned in good shape. It was obvious that you all did the best job possible. The price was about double what I expected to pay, but then, I have no background in this field.
Overall experience with TSI was great. They kept us informed regularly...we had to change the delivery date several times, and TSI was very helpful & understanding...no pressure. The movers were very professional & did a great job setting up the piano.
The shipment was damaged in transit and never delivered to our customer. It was a very expensive mattress and we lost a lot of money on this. Thankfully TSI returned our money for the shipment. There was a 4 day stretch that they did not know where the shipment was and I could not get an answer as to where it was. Not a very good experience.
The company completely failed to move an expensive mattress set within a 3-day window. They did not return a single call of the many that we left on their voicemail, and just left us hanging on a Friday evening with no resolution. Over the 3 days we waited in the 2-6 pm window waiting for the truck which they said would come. The truck never showed up. We had to move out of the apartment on the 3rd day, which is why we tried desperately to get them to move the mattress set. On the last day on one call to them they told us they would try to get the mattress to a transit area, but they did not fulfill on that either. We called desperately on the 3rd day, probably 20 calls and voicemails, no response from them. Then the business just closed for the day on a Friday evening, with no resolution. We ended up giving the expensive mattress set to a trash company so we could get out. We also spent 2 nights in a hotel because the mattress set was already packed up. IF YOU VALUE YOUR PEACE OF MIND AND MONEY, DON'T HIRE THIS COMPANY. They brought us to our knees trying to get them to do something that we already paid them for. They really did not care if it got done or not. Please go to some other company.

Outstanding customer service from scheduling with TSI (very helpful, suggested packing tips, and was extremely flexible with changes in my schedule as they occurred) to pick-up by XPO Logistics. XPO driver called in advanced and arrived early, which really worked out great for my schedule and he was extremely helpful, personable and very professional/knowledgeable. He went out of his way to ensure that my mattress/box spring was wrapped correctly and was secure in the truck. I would highly recommend both companies to friends and family.
I was very pleased with the customer service I received! We had a glitch in the middle, where the left hand didn't know what the right was doing, but Jake, in the customer service department was wonderful! He got right on it and arranged for the delivery just when I wanted it. I'm very pleased. The delivery guys were great too. Very reasonable price and the desk arrived in perfect condition.
Antique expensive secretary arrived broken.
I was assured transit used professional movers who carefully wrapped and moved the furniture. This was not the case. I do not remember declining insurance.
Now I am left with a broken family heirloom with no insurance.
Will not use this company again.
TSI was my best alternative for shipping a small shipment several hundred miles. The price was high but the service was excellent and you get what you pay for. I used them a second time within two weeks and was equally as pleased. I would use them again.
The whole process with TSI shipping was easy and the customer service was outstanding. They communicated with me throughout the process. My items arrived in perfect condition, the staff was both friendly, efficient and professional. I would use this moving service again and recommend them to other people.
When the shipment was picked up, I was expecting "White Glove" service- which I paid for. They came to pack the grandfather clock and another small clock. The small clock was already in a box, so they just shoved in a moving blanket and stuck on two pieces of tape. The GF clock was wrapped in a moving blanket and taped into a wardrobe box. The top to the clock was also wrapped in a moving blanket and boxed. I don't know what White Glove means, but this is not how I perceived it from your website. When it arrived, there were multiple issues with the delivery window. I was unable to get communication for several days with the driver. In all everything arrived in one piece and within the promised time frame, so I rated a 3 not a 1.
I work with many different shipping companies and I can't say you're stood out anymore than anyone else. That is actually what I was hoping for to find someone that stood out and made a difference in price and service.
I scheduled a pick up today in Mountain View. The driver did not show up. He told me he would arrive in hour. I have waited him from 1:00 pm to 6:30 pm, and called him more than one hundreds time, but he didn't answer. Now I have to catch up my flight and leave my mattresses there. I want to get a refund and submit a claim for my loss (2 mattresses and one afternoon).
I paid for ' white glove' service because of the value of my shipment and I received absolutely nothing in the way of protecting my very valuable items.
TSI'S idea of protection was to wrap my shipment in shrink wrap, but only one layer and only a 12-14' section of a piece which is about 40' tall.
I have filled a complaint and have had no response since delivery.
If you care for your shipment, I wouldn't recommend this group.
TSI price is good but, TSI needs to be more clear on the way they function. They should have said that purchasing insurance is a MUST in order to protect your shipment. For the "what happens if" your shipment is destroyed, missing iteams, opened or broken iteams. Or, how, they can only give you a gift card to replace all the missing or damaged goods. They should have said they don't have control of who or what company will take over to take your shipment. What to do if you have a scheduled pick up day and no-one shows up. Overall, TSI could have been more for the customer. Would I use TSI again? Maybe. I would test them out with insurance this time.
The process to arrive at a price was good, going from high level to exact, based on the actual furniture measurements. The communication was good and let us arrange the pickup and delivery. Everything arrived safely with no problems. The pick up and delivery teams were very efficient and courteous.
Pick up was fairly late (30+ mins AFTER the 4 hour window of 2-6p). Driver took out some type of lines in the Alley with the height of his truck and had to delay loading due to this issue.
Delivery was amazing! Lots of contact and delivered in a friendly/timely manner.
We needed to ship an expensive mattress from New York to Arizona. We were directed by TSI as to how to pack it which was very helpful. It cost a fair amount to send, but it seemed like a fair price for a heavy king-sized mattress. TSI was reliable in picking it up and getting it there when they said they would which was about a week. Over-all it was an excellent experience and I would highly recommend them.
Very efficient and organized. Communication was very easy. If I called or emailed with questions, I received an answer within a reasonable amount of time. Thus far, I have been very impressed with the company and all those who have helped me with the shipping.

This was my first time shipping a number of large items and it was easy, quick, efficient and very well transferred to an overseas shipping company. Customer service was excellent because I had a lot of questions. It was very smooth working with the staff.
TSI offered the best price and were very responsive. The furniture was covered and protected during shipping and my mother's 100 year old dining room set arrived safe and sound TSI kept me informed as to the status of my delivery. I was very satisfied.
