We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.

I value of the service appears to be good. However, I was told by Natalie who was extremely helpful yesterday and the Terms and Conditions state that the freight will be weighted and the cost is based purely on the weight. When I asked Phillip today, whom I found to be curt and not very helpful about the weight, he indicated that the boxes are not weighted that they ship too much stuff every day and they know the weight of the boxes. How then is the cost based on the weight if the boxes are not weighted. I think this is misleading. My boxes are half full I did that purposely so that they could be lifted up.
Was given date for pick up after canceling previous date. Was told I would be called on Monday with a time and was not called. Called again and was told again I would be contacted. The truck came on day of cancellation when adult at work with client present under treatment. Teens present to help. Very inconvenient for customer. Poor communication with company, Therefore an organ stool was not picked up and will have to be sent UPS or mail.
Excellent communication. The movers were on time to pick up the furniture to be transported, and early delivery and furniture was in excellent condition. Delivery was made to the wrong house and had wrong phone number, but did get it right the second time, which is why the 4 stars. I would use TSI again.
Tom, my representative from transit systems has been very supportive, patient, undrstanding and clear. He's guiding me through the process. He's knowledgeable and has a clear understanding of my needs. I feel confident that my move will be smooth and hassle free.
I requested a shipping quote twice and waited...and waited...and waited. I never received an email with a delivery quote. Mt second quote number is *******.

Pricing, pre-pick up communication, and timely pick up were all excellent. However, one of the items on the pick up list was not checked and it was left behind. TSI follow-up, after being notified of the issue, was very good.
I shipped a very expensive king-size Tempur-pedic mattress. I was told the mattress needed to be wrapped in plastic prior to pickup. I bought a king-size mattress bag from U-Haul and neatly placed and taped the mattress inside it. I was also told TSI would pick up the wrapped mattress and box it for shipping. This did not happen! The guys who picked up my mattress tore the plastic bag while on the street and dragged the mattress to the truck thereby soiling the mattress itself. When the mattress arrived, it was bent in half and rolled up in the same U-Haul plastic bag I had placed it in. It was never boxed or further protected as advertised! Plus, folding it in half and rolling it up like a cheap carpet showed how little TSI cared. It arrived completely soiled with huge tears in the plastic bag. Disgusting! I will never use TSI again.
Company was supposed to pick up my items within 15 days. I called several times, and on the 3rd call and 13 days later, I wanted to cancel. They indicated that they had tried to call 4 times. Ummm, no phone calls received on my phone...so I guess not. They want to charge me $119 dollars for handling fee...really? I have contacted my credit card company and expect a full refund. Do not do business with these people!
Price was good however, the piano was damaged. The crate was sealed on all sides when it was picked up and it arrived with the crate panels off and damage to the piano. It's obvious that you dropped the crate. Will never use your services again.
Great service overall. My only recommendation for improvement is my shipment required 2 men to load and unload (king size mattress) For both the pickup and delivery only the driver was sent. I had to help both of them load / unload my shipment.
Kathy was amazing when it comes to customer service. She listened to my needs and answered all my questions with patience and clarity. I wish all customer service agents were as knowledgeable and friendly!
They lost a box of items that are irreplaceable. I am so disappointed. They told me every box is barcoded, so I don't know how it happened and I have very little confidence that anyone is doing anything to find the box and return it to us. So while the front end was fine, the back end needs a better system. I believe that since the items probably won't amount to a large sum of money the shipper, TSI/Plycon, just won't spend any time or effort to find them. I am not at all happy about this.

I shipped a bed frame and mattress/box spring set. The shippers were efficient and polite and very helpful. I had to call a couple of times to set up the shipping date and we had to call the company on the other end about the delivery. The communication system requires active follow up by the customer but otherwise the service was great.
Very disappointed in the lack of communication and amount of time it took for the transport and delivery. Instead of 20 days it took just shy of 60. Ridiculous for the fee I paid. No updates during the process. Would not use the service again.
No one will call me back to discuss. My Grandfather Clock was damaged in transit and no one will contact me to discuss how we will resolve. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid for this that the clock was damaged.
Excellent care of 2 family heirlooms. Very well-protected crating of fragile table dating back to the mid-1800's. Timely delivery. Excellent communication every step of the way. All expectations met... as expected.
I did not like the delivery service. I was informed that there will be communication as to when my boxes will arrive so as to be ready to receive them but there was no contact at all and some of my boxes arrived damaged. I just surprisingly saw them at the front of my door. So, not so good.
I was not notified of the delivery date since it was consigned to my granddaughter, so did not know when it was delivered until she thanked me. I was about to call and ask about it when i heard it had arrived. I do not know what condition it was in on delivery.
My experience with TSI Shipping was superb. I booked just one week prior to my preferred date. I was in a hurry and TSI was able to schedule the pickup date on the exact date that I needed. After just 6 business days, I received a call from the designated company to schedule a delivery. All of my boxes arrived in excellent conditions. Overall, there were 13 boxes that I shipped from DC to FL.

So far, while interacting over the phone and email with Mr. Craig Kaptsow, Senior Moving Specialist, I found our conversations very useful and instructive. They clarified many of my questions and helped me with my own planning. This eased many of my concerns about moving with his company.

The only thing that I have done is request a quote on line. The website was very easy to use, and the language was friendly. However, I am making the request in the evening, and I understand that I will not received the quote till the morning. Maybe the website should explain this, and not say that the response is immediate.
Communication was atrocious, and communication between transit and the moving company was also terrible. Information was flawed somewhere in the transfer and incredibly frustrating, which made everything late in pick up and delivery.
When I was pricing out the quote, I told the gentleman the item was valued at $3,000. He typed $300 and I didn't catch it. When the item arrived, it was damaged and when I filed for repair, I had a $100 deductible (nobody told me that one) and the insurance was a wash. I paid $500 to ship and am going to have to pay a $450 repair bill.
Still waiting on my quote.
Got an email asking me to refer you to people i know. You can send me a note asking for a referral, but you can't send me a quote before asking for additional business? Really?
