We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
I have not yet received the marble top for a washstand. The washstand was delivered without the top. I have not been able to reach personnel at the warehouse or reach anyone who seems to know what to do.
Surprised at how easy it was. I thought it was a bit expensive but I did a little checking, not much, and decided to proceed due to tight timeline. Pleasantly surprised how well it all worked out well. No over promising, just matter of fact. The entire process was explained and everything was completed as explained. I was thrilled to see how much the delivery driver knew about clocks. It wasn't your average mover guy and he made sure everything was shipped and put back together properly before he left. No dump and dash.
We shipped a headboard and dresser to our son from FL to PA. The furniture was shipped for less than other carriers including UPS. The furniture arrived without damage and was brought into the house as well.
The pickup and delivery of my buffet was excellent. The buffet was wrapped very well and the crew did some minor setup as well when it was delivered. We were very pleased with the service and the crew were very courteous.
I am new at shipping something like this and I am in Florida and the item is in California. Transit System personnel made me feel comfortable in the process and answered all of my questions about the shipment. It is the personal touch that makes all the difference is something you know nothing about. I recommend this company for your shipping needs.

Tom Tract coordinated my order, he was excellent. I had requested white glove service. The company who picked up the items in Virginia refused to repack as directed and there was fragile items. I called Tom and he located the shipment and had it repacked. Excellent service. He kept me completely informed. I have referred the company and Tom and another family member moving items from Ohio to California and she is calling him tomorrow. My son is an executive corporate chef for both Michael Mina and Levy restaurant group. He moves items frequently. He definitely will be calling Tom.
Commitment to ship within 20 business days from booking was missed. We booked June 13th and the piano did not get picked up until mid to late July, piano did not arrive at destination until Sept 16th.
I had to reach out multiple times to get estimates on pick up and delivery. Kathy Temple was helpful.
I had both a bad and a good experience with your shipping company. The first shipment of my item brought me a box that was nearly destroyed and crushed and hastily wrapped up with plastic to hold it together. My item was damaged and had to be reshipped by the company. The second time I received it the box was pristine. It was my first experience with your shipping company so I guess I have mixed reviews but it all turned out fine in the end...
Easy to navigate website and the livechat was very helpful. Nadine was courteous and easy to work with. Unfortunately the shipping cost in this case was still over our budget. I'll keep your company in mind for future reference.

Movers were completely unprepared for the move due to a COMPLETE lack of communication from transit systems. They were supposed to disassemble the unit, move it out and reassemble it at the destination. They said they were not informed of this and could not do it. We were forced to move the entire unit in one piece which was back-breaking and dangerous. This was the farthest thing from "white glove service" I could have imagined. I would never use this company again.
My communication to get a price quote and set a date for pick-up could not have gone smoother. During that initial conversation I was told I would be notified of the approximate time of the pick-up, which I was told would be in the late afternoon. I never got the expected ETA phone call. On the scheduled day, and as late afternoon approached, I call Transit Systems and was told the pick-up would occur between 4:00 - 5:00pm. It is now 7:00pm and my day of waiting continues. In the spirit of thanksgiving, I am happy to see all I accomplished around the house while I waited.
TSI shipped my late husband's leather recliner to our daughter in Charlotte NC. Much sentimental value. The two men who removed it from my apt. Were careful and professional. My daughter said the men who placed it in her apt. Did so likewise. We're both happy and satisfied.
Our overall service with TSI was very positive. I enjoyed speaking with Kathy, Heather, and John, as they were very helpful. The problems I had were with the service in with we received with our shipping company. They were very difficult to work with and I will not ever use their service again. However, I did appreciate everything TSI did to render the issue.
The driver who picked up the material was very helpful as was the customer service rep. My package was not delivered during the first two delivery windows (actually three, since when I callled at the end of the second window I was told that they would be delivering it later that day and then they cancelled again). During the third/fourth window the package was delivered with damage to it and I had to refuse delivery and lose the value of the item (a mattress and box spring).
I was totally amazed with the money I saved by using Transit Systems. I was originally going to fly across the country, rent a U-Haul and drive back with the furniture I was purchasing from my brother. I went through the process of obtaining a quote on-line from Transit Systems to pick up the furniture for me and deliver it - it was fast and easy. I spoke to Brian on the phone and he saved me an additional $100 dollars. Thank you, Brian and Transit System for this so easy and way less expensive that if I had done it myself.

No other shipping company would ship our large bed for less than 2500. TSI was a fraction of that and communication was excellent; no machines, just people. When I had to delay the shipment it was no problem. When the receiving party had left the country due to the coronavirus, it was no problem to deliver later after arrangements with neighbors were set up.
TSI and Carol Tract were just great to work with. Flexible. Inexpensive. Door to door.
Well the truck was trying to come to my house a day before the dispatch er said. No knowledge of that. Then the dispatch says they can't make it down my street because they are in a 53 ft trailer. Turns out, when I finaly got to the freight company, they said no we do not use 53 ft. Trailers, we use pup trailers. Therefor he could have gotton to my house. I had to load a very heavy sterns and foster king into my truck and drive to them. It took over 2 hours because of traffic.
This was a total mess.
That was my second time using TSI service. This time the carrier was XPO Logistics. Everything was on time but I was really disappointed when I received my items. The boxes were in a really bad conditions and my most important wood item was broken - one of the legs missing. I received a $2 cargo claim amount for damage which costs $300. I had no insurance!
I would recommend TSI but only if the carrier is Plycon Transportation Group, otherwise if you have no insurance you will ended up just like me! Unfortunately for now I am not going to use TSI service!
I called and got an estimate. I did a little research. Viewed customer comments. I decided on TSI. When I got to a time when I knew the shipment could be received, I called and asked for shipment. I got charged a little extra for requesting a specific or near in time. Couldn't be helped I had to work with peoples schedules. I may have been able to schedule the pickup earlier. That part wasn't clear. Everything else went smoothly from a to z. The service was excellent at both ends. I shipped baby stuff, so we were all very concerned. Everyone was pleased with the experience. Plycon Van Lines did a superb job.

I couldn't have asked for a better situation. I was looking for a company to pick up in Texas, pack, ship and deliver in Wisconsin, a very old, large and heavy quilt box that belonged to my great-grandmother. The service was excellent! My cousin photographed the pick up and packaging. She was very satisfied with the service. The quilt box was delivered in a timely manner in very good condition.

Piano delivered in great condition. The only "glitch" was that the bench was mistakenly left in Barstow and delivered later. This was not a problem as we were in the middle of a renovation project. All of those involved in the pickup and delivery were extremely courteous and efficient. Kudos to Mike and Cobrun!
