We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
Please forgive my delay in responding, I've been exceptionally busy with medical appointments! The "overall" service with Transit Systems was FANTASTIC! The Pastor, children and adults of Haiti - Good Samaritan Foundation - were also very, very, very pleased with your service because they were able to get their toys, clothing and other gifts in Haiti for the Christmas Holidays!

The desk has not been delivered yet but so far I have been very pleased with the professionalism and communication shown by TSI. They keep you posted on what is going on and are easy to reach.

Unfortunately many of the furniture items arrived broken at the destination. It is taking a long time to go through the insurance claim process with TSI.
I was so IMPRESSED with Isaac Votta, the Transit Systems rep with whom I worked. He was thorough, professional, extremely polite and responsive -- a rare gem in today's world. Thank you for making a rather stressful process (disbursement of estate to siblings following recent death of my mother) go smoothly and efficiently.
I felt immediately at ease with my associate. She could answer all my questions and told me about issues I did not even think of. I feel confident that my moving needs are in good hands.
TSI got my address wrong which caused them to keep my delivery at warehouse. They didn't inform me of this. Instead they let the delivery date pass. I had to call twice before anything was done.
My package was never picked up on the day that was agreed on. Huge inconvenience, as I waited from 1-5 PM. Very poor customer service. I would not recommend Transit System.
Only just used your web site to get a quote. Easy to use, quick first email response. What a refreshing change from the difficulty I'd expected. Hope the rest of the experience is as good.
Very poor communication. The driver picking up my load complained the whole time, also did not call me prior to pick up as requested so I could be at the storage unit. It was a four window for pick up and I was not going to sit at the storage unit for 4 hours. Then on the delivery, I had been called the night before and was given the impression he would deliver in the morning and after various calls during the day to get a time he didn't show up until almost 5:30. He had to call for directions since he apparently didn't have GPS. I had added additional boxes and understood there could be an additional charge. I had left a message for Eddie who had arranged the move, he never called back. Before the delivery I talked to no less than 3 different people who told me there was no additional charge. On 9/24 I spoke to customer service because I wanted to make the additional payment if there was one and was told no payment due. Then a week after the items were delivered I get an email from Eddie saying he was charging my credit card. No advance warning, no phone call to tell me and this was a week after the move was completed. I've never heard of a moving company delivering without being paid in full. I called Eddie on 10/2 for an explanation, he said he was looking into and haven't heard back. Very poor customer service!
Although I had given an approcimate weigh of 120 pounds for my shipment, I was not told that I needed a truck with lift gte. I did not enen think there are trucks in the industry without a lift gate. When I called to ask if they can handle the weight, they told me noand that I had to pay $75.00 extra for a truch with a lift gate. A very disturbing information at that stage of shipment. Had I known this when I applied for shipment, I would have explored further.

I made it very clear before I scheduled the service that I my items would arrive before Aug 23rd so that my computer, research documents, and books would arrive before my college semester begins which I was guaranteed. My receipt from my order posted that my order was scheduled to arrive on the 10th of August 2021.
Not only does my tracking number not work I am constantly being disconnected and sent in circles when I contact the company.
With these delays, my semester since began and without my computer files and research items and I now currently have an ‘F' on my Capstone Thesis which jeopardizes my graduation as this is the last semester of senior year.
When finally getting through to distribution manager Bob Whitehead and Company director Cathy Temple I was promised a new date of arrival which has now passed and when I was It has now been 59 days since pickup with no resolution in sight.
I have had to call TSI literally 20 times over the past few weeks as I am constantly disconnected or transferred to people who have no helpful update on my order.
I understand that we are living in unique times under the pandemic, but there is no excuse that warrants the nightmare they have put me through. I have been accidentally CC in emails by the Distribution Manager writing that he did not know the status of my of my order.
Not only is this vastly unprofessional, he should is in charge and should know.
Never has a "I'll call you back" EVER resulted in a call back. Each week I am still left in the dark and the delayed shipping dates of sept 6th blew past and now their second AND THIRD projection for the following weeks gone by as well.
It has now been exactly two months since my order was first sent out and I have no resolution.
I believe this company is fraudulent. Steer Clear!
Terrible and traumatic. White glove in name only. More like random person with a truck off the street. Value was not put on proper packing but instead of getting the stuff on the truck.
So far, so good -- my shipment is scheduled for pickup today in Idaho, and Hopefully it will arrive intact to me in Colorado.

Don't waste your money with these guys. They were over a week late picking up my item 20 days late delivering it. When it showed up it was destroyed. Find somebody else to use
Had a good experience. Customer service was prompt and friendly. Minor issue with getting to right location for pickup but overall experience was satisfying.

Quick and fast communiation and subsequent quote. Shipment pickup was w/in communicated delivery window. Product (King Mattress / Box Springs) were delivered timely with no issues.

Our only real issue was a slightly damaged small piece of furniture but we were able to fix it ourselves. A little more timely update would have been nice via email or text.

They responded quickly with a quote that was reasonable, but unfortunately more then my item was worth.
I'll be sure to keep them bookmarked for future moves.
Everything has been smooth sailing thus far. I'm only waiting on the driver to call, as to when I need to meet him, or if I even do, depending on the size of his truck. We live on a small street.
