We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
You have a poor system for calculation of rates. I use the usps shipping because of the simplicity of finding the rates. You people are more interested in telling how good you are.
When I Received my mattress after I boxed it up the box was barely together after receiving my mattress. I'm also afraid my mattress might have been damage
Booking and coordination was convenient and timely. The movers on the delivery end could have been gentler with the pieces, but was pleased overall with the service, communication, and cost.

Maybe you simply don't do what I need done. I need a quote for shipping 2 boxes. I don't need movers, I don't need anything to be un-boxed. Your quote was as wrong as imaginable.
This is very important I want to be able to speak with someone. If you are not available when I want a quote are you going to be available when you are transporting my items?
My experience was horrible. The website states that the drivers "keep you up-to-date on where they are and when they'll be there" and that is a lie. I scheduled pickup of my things last Monday. I informed my agent that I would need notice of when the drivers would arrive so that I could leave work to be at my apartment. No one called to notify me that they were on the way, so they arrived to my apartment while I was at work and then stated that they couldn't wait for me to arrive home, which forced me to reschedule. When I called my agent to ask for notice of when the drivers would be en route he stated that "some drivers call, while some drivers don't" and that there was "no way to ensure that drivers call." If that is so, then that blurb on the website about drivers keeping customers "up-to-date" needs to be removed.
The drivers finally picked up my things last Friday. It is now Friday, again, and I still do not have my things. When I shipped my car I received it quicker than this. On top of the poor customer service and the length of time it is taking me to receive my things (it's now been a week, and I have no update on where my things are), I was charged an additional $300 to my card with no notice. I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone. EVER. I would have been better off shipping my things through FedEx.
Anyone I spoke with was very professional and pleasant! The expediting was very efficient and reasonable! The time frame is acceptable,so is the cost,and the insurance.Fantastic so far!
Dishonest and uncommunicative customer service. Charged our account without permission and promised to pack our goods for free. The reneged on the promise to pack our mattress for free

TREMENDOUS SERVICE! Seriously, from the initial online quote to the phone conversations with Susan O (a real person, not an invented avatar), to the pickup of a 9x12 rug on a forlorn highway in northern Minnesota to delivery to Connecticut less than two days later, experience with Transit Systems (and the truck driver from Conway) was amazing.
Price was excellent too - just $315 (with senior discount) - was expecting to pay 3x that amount with 1/3rd the timely service. Cannot thank them enough for such a great job from start to finish!
I called the 1-844 number and listened to the recorded message. I pressed 1 for new customer, but the system didn't register my response. I am using a landline, not a cell phone.

I had a dining room table, pedestals & chairs picked up in Salt Lake City January 19th and did not see them until February 13th and they arrived without a call that day. I believe they had been on a field trip to California. Upon arrival, it was immediately noticed that one chair did not have its protective plastic wrap like the others and two black lacquer spindles were damaged. The driver initialed my note on the Metropolitan Warehouse delivery sheet. In the presence of the driver, pictures were taken to document the damage. The total shipment was insured through you. The chairs were insured for $50 each. When I got the contract out, I noticed that there was a $100 deductible so I gave up on that. In the presence of the driver, pictures were taken to document the damage. I wish it had been explained to me that insuring the chairs was useless. I still think you should be responsible to pay for the repairs since the chair was not protected by the time it arrived, and the lacquer was damaged on two spindles.
I was not completely happy with the pick up and drop off. I was told driver would call 30 minutes prior to pick up (that was NOT done). I was told someone would call 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery time/day (that was NOT done). I ended up calling to check on the status of the mattress and accidentally found out it was scheduled for delivery same day and I was not prepared and ran around trying to get help. Also, I was over charged for the mattress/box spring. The weight on the estimate was not the actual weight of the items. When I brought it to Philips attention he didn't do anything about it and shined me off. I know price is based on weight and if he had adjusted the weight the price would have gone down but he did not do that. When I called him upset about not getting a 24 hour notice before delivery he blamed it on the delivery company and didn't seem very interested in resolving the issue. I don't feel like I got what I paid for and I overpaid. I don't think I will be using this service again.
Customer service is prompt, attentative, friendly, and efficient. All those I spoke to were quite helpful, knowledgeable and were excellent reprentatives for TransitSystems.

I am very dissatisfied with the service provided by Transit Systems. It was picked up on time, and then, no communication. I had chosen White Glove service. No information on when it was picked up (my renter called me from my rental property where it was picked up from to inform me). Then I called TS a week later, besides emailing them to learn what was going on. A rep wrote to me telling me that they will update me. Thereafter they gave me a tentative date, which was 7 days from that day. 10 days later, still no news. Called up again, and then was told that it would arrive another 10 days later. And then I found they had my phone number wrong. Of course the lady told me they will immediately inform the transport people.
Next 10 days, no news. The delivery guys arrived at my door step today afternoon (20th Aug 2015) unannounced. The number they had was wrong and was never rectified.
And the refrigerator was damaged. There are numerous tennis ball size dents all over.
Not a happy customer.
Delivery was late and I paid extra for expedited service i paid an extra $350 for a late delivery I need to be refunded at least that or I will go to the BBB about it please call me to set up the refund as soon as possible
