We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
Customer service representatives have been knowledgeable, courteous, helpful, and they follow up as promised. This has been a painless experience.
Prompt response. The movers were polite, on-time. We added an extra chair and they did not charge us any extra.
Seemed a bit expensive based on what we shipped, but I don't have any other reference points to compare it to. Service was great on both ends.

I had a problem with Walmart shipping and TSI helped me get my package in time despite tjem! I was very pleased.
I was given a delivery date of a Tuesday, but when I called on Tuesday to find out an ETA, it had been apparently been scheduled for Wednesday. After waiting for hours on Wednesday, I called and was told Sorry, but it had been changed to Thursday. Thursday morning I was put in touch with the manager who apologized for the previous confusion, and gave me a delivery time of 10am - 2pm, but never sent the email that I had requested of him. At 2pm, after waiting again at the delivery site for 4 hours, I called the subcontracted company directly. They then gave me a delivery time of 1pm - 4pm with no explanation of why TSI manager would have given a different time frame. The delivery finally showed up at 5pm, missing some of the parts. I spent a total of 13 hours of my time waiting at a vacant delivery location for delivery. The pick up and delivery locations were only 5 hours drive away from each other. I would have done it myself and saved $900, if I had known how poor TSI's scheduling and communication would be.
On another note, the delivery drivers were very polite and professional.
It's now after 6 pm and no one has come to pick up my shipment. No phone call. I was home at 2:00 pm today waiting for your driver or a phone call.
Biggest frustration was lack of flexibility on delivery side. A few hours of time difference is all I needed but that was not able to be accomodated.
I am very impressed so far with the TSI organization. They seem very professional and highly organized. Tom was especially helpful and personable.
