TSI was great for my small move. I only had one piece of furniture and 4 boxes that I needed moved across the country and I could not find any other option for this price. They did an excellent job and even moved a glass top for me with no damage at all!
Professional and pleasant communication. Everything happened as agreed upon and expected except delivery was 2 hours early! Unheard of! Highly recommend TSI.
Everything came perfect and in tact, but the person on the phone wasn't specific about having a box ready for the tv. Worked out fine though.
Very late pickup of two dressers in Wooster, Ohio. However, the team was professional and I felt my furniture would be taken care of. The delivery in NYC had to be completed by 5 pm due to co op rules. I had requested a morning delivery, but it was delivered around 4pm. The team was fast and very professional.
Overall, I was satisfied and both dressers are antiques and they were very well wrapped. Better than having me do the move!
No one will call me back to discuss. My Grandfather Clock was damaged in transit and no one will contact me to discuss how we will resolve. Very disappointed for the amount of money I paid for this that the clock was damaged.
Overall, had a very good experience with TSI. Somewhat more expensive than other services I priced, but went with "White Glove Service" and no hidden charges or fees and my antique chest arrived in excellent condition from Florida to New York. I would use them again without hesitation.

TSI did a great job with our baby grand piano. The job with sub contracted to a piano moving company from Missouri who really knew what to do. We were very pleased.
The delivery Laguna Beach guys were really really awesome.

Easy to arrange the shipping details. TSI worked with my schedule for the timing of the delivery and all pieces were received in excellent condition. Delivery men were quite polite and professional. I would certainly use TSI again.
When items were picked up it was in a pickup truck that barely accomadated the 18 boxes, when delivered 2 boxes were missing and for the past six months I have not been able to find those boxes, I have called the supervisor Christian, the salesman Phil, the coordinator Renee and the warehouse foreman in Atlanta it appears that I am bothering them. I would not recommend your company and would never use them again and if I could get in touch with corporate I would appreciate that to let them know of my distress. Marlyn
