We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.
I went with you because Carol Tract was so attentive to my needs and I felt comfortable putting my Mother's bedroom set in your hands.

There was NO care taken for our shipment. We shipped 6 Varidesks and 4 arrived so badly damaged that they're not usable. A complete waste of money!

Even though you were out of my personal price range, I was treated with respect. As a senior I appreciated this greatly. I'll be 70 my next Bday. Sometimes people forget that us seniors at one time, not that long ago, lead productive and viable lives. I for instance was a pediatric surgeon for 32 yrs. I worked with babies and children repairing cleft palates and hare lips, and between surgeries I worked ER for hospitals that I contracted to, I also spent seven yrs. Abroad with the Smile Project, precursor to Doctors without borders. I co-ran and co-owned a metal building corp. for 19 yrs. With my first husband and also owned 3 small business's of my own and helped start 14 free walk-in clinics in CA. For those who couldn't afford medical care, with 3 other doctors. I raised a family between jobs. After early retirement at 50, because of damage occurred to my hands, from an alcoholic hitting me head on, on the Nimitz freeway in San Francisco Bay Area, I went back to school as I was bored and became a full chef at the Le Cordon Bleu, culinary arts school in Paris France and owned a very successful catering business in Huntington Beach, CA. Most of my clientele were film industry people. Then 3 yrs ago all of my retirement was gambled away to a second marriage to a cruel and thieving man. Who gambled my money away and abused me once, that's when I left. He is severe PTSD/bi-polar & refused to take his meds. This is why I live below poverty level on SS. And really can't afford to use your service, but I wanted to convey to you the appreciation some of us seniors have when treated with respect. My experience with your Co. Was very pleasant and expedient. The young woman I spoke with was courteous and pleasant as she was mindful of my situation. Please keep up your policy of kindness and allowing dignity to prevail. This sort of experience goes a long way with the public eye and I would recommend your service to most everyone I know. Who knows what tomorrow may bring as I'm starting a new life and business and at some point in the near future I will use your services. Thank you so much for your kindness. Sincerely Dr. Sandra L.
