We hired TSI to move a family heirloom desk from Florida to Pennsylvania. That was a very smart choice. TSI was Great in every way: phone calls, emails, calling to let us know the exact pick up date and delivery dates a day or so in advance. Most importantly though, they demonstrated much care and respect in packaging and padding the desk to protect it during transport. The delivery guys were nice and very efficient in getting the desk inside, placing it where I directed and carefully unpackaged it. I am so impressed. Thank you so much TSI and Kaylynn!
I am not confident TSI is a real company, I think they may be a fraudulent operation. They took a $2000 deposit from me, promising delivery within the month. 6 weeks later, and after being promised two separate pickup times (and waiting outside for hours each time), they are dodging calls and emails, and still not picking up the shipment. They are either an unprofessional, unreliable, mismanaged shipping company, or a very well managed organization of thieves. In either case, take your business elsewhere.

I was disappointed with the service I received from Transitsystems. My dad was moving out of his house & into an apartment and was giving furniture to me and my sisters. I hired Transitsystems to move a dresser and a hutch from Illinois to Pennsylvania. When I called to set up the order, I emphasized that the furniture had to be picked up before the closing date, Oct. 24. Issac assured me that would not be a problem. As the 24th drew closer,my dad was starting to stress out because he wasn't always at the house and his cell phone was giving him problems and he was afraid he would miss the call to set up the pick-up. So I made several calls to Transitsystems to check on the pick up date. Everyone was friendly and professional, telling me that Dad would be getting a call within two days. After a week of waiting, (I was beginning to think that I was getting the run- around from a shady company) they finally told me that the truck assigned to pick up the furniture had a cancellation and wasn't heading out east. They were working on finding another truck. The pick- up date was eventually set -- Oct 24th between 8am- 12 noon. It was the earliest date the truck could make it. So my dad and sister paid someone to move the furniture to the garage and arranged for a neighbor to be "on duty" since my dad had closing at 9:00am. The truck arrived at 6:30 that morning! In what universe does 6:30am fall within the 8am- noon window? Dad wasn't at the house because he was staying at his new apartment. We're lucky the neighbor was awake and saw the truck. The driver told him that they were going to wait until 7:00 and if no one showed up, they were going to leave. Really!? They were going to leave a whole hour BEFORE they were scheduled to arrive! I must admit, the drop-off was a lot smoother. The dresser and hutch arrived yesterday, Nov 3rd, in perfect condition. The movers from Metropolitan Warehouse were professional, courteous and ON TIME. The driver also called ahead to give me their ETA. Working with Transitsystems added more stress to an already stressful situation. I would think twice before using them again
