I love learning languages and hope to travel to China some day hence i decided to learn Mandarin. I've taken a number of classes with Tutor Ming and the teachers are good and know what they are doing. I plan to continue learning with them.

Having a Chinese tutor has really increased my proficiency in Mandarin and has given me the confidence to speak whenever I meet a native Mandarin speaker. Most of my ESL students are from China and Taiwan, so these lessons have great practical usage. Since I am 13 hours behind, it can be a bit difficult to find a suitable time to connect with a tutor around my work schedule; it would be very helpful if there were more open hours to use the tutoring services.

The one on one interaction allows you to learn at your own pace with the guidance of a personal trainer. Learning anything new can be difficult but TutorMing makes the process a VERY enjoyable experience.

I was very impressed with Tutor Ming and their method of teaching Marndarin. The consultants have all been wonderful, cheery people and made the experience fun. I have been searching for a good Chinese Class, most of the one I found required you to attend a class with a group of people and the private lesson just cost too much for my budget. I found TutorMing online and signed up a couple weeks ago. I am very happy with their service, their classes are flexible, you can sign up classes to suit your schedule and the lessons are cater to your ability and learning level. The lessson is private (online) and the teachers are excellent, they make sure you are learning how to speak correctly with different tones which is the issue with most non Chinese speaking students. The teachers at TutorMing are very professional, hard-working and enthusiastic. The teachers always offer a stimulating and comfortable classroom environment and even if you are not able to speak any Mandarin they are happy to assist you in the task of getting started speaking. If you are serious about learning Mandarin and you are overwhelmed by the task, you should study with TutorMing. They make the task of learning Mandarin manageable and enjoyable and I am very pleased with the experience.

I signed up and took forty lessons. My experience was very positive and most of the tutors provided were good in tutoring. The format of learning was flexible and suited my lifestyle. I was able to cancel when my scheduled lesson conflicted with something more urgent. The only downside was that I did not have much continuty from teacher to teacher. I did have one tutor for a big stretch of time and I felt that my learning was much better.

I lived in Taiwan for 3years years but my pronunciation and understanding became more clear after I started my lessons from Tutorming. The customer service is awesome and the teachers are patient and friendly.

I have been learning Chinese language with TutorMing since November 2015. I am only about 25 lessons into 100 planned and purchased lessons.

The tutors are experienced, patient and supportive and engender a supportive and motivating learning environment.

Each one takes the time to make sure you understand the material before moving forward. The problem I have had is not having enough time to finish the material each time. TutorMing has been cooperative in helping with this. I have done 3 Webinars and they are challenging for a learner but think it is still worth the time and will continue to attend when time allows.

They promise X number of classes and strongly imply that you are getting 1 on 1 classes. When you sign up you find out that you payed for X number of group classes or 1/3 as many 1 on 1 classes as you expected.

Ive been learning Mandarin for about 5 years and needed to step up my level, particularly conversational. Ive tried a few other sites quite thoroughly but the delivery was a let down. Often the day to day delivery didnt match trial lesson expectstions. By comparison, Tutorming have drlivered more than promised, their flexible scheduling really works for me, and the teachers have been consistently great.

Best customer service ever, I work in IT and understand what a good service is and they are always on top of any issue or concerns I have, they like the teachers are friendly and keen to always help.

The app also includes handy phrases and the facility to save vocabularies and review lessons is a huge bonus. The words that come to my mind when I think on "TutorMing" are: warm, friendly and professional teachers, I thought learning Chinese was going to be a difficult experience but, on the contrary it was a nice surprise to find myself enjoying at the fullest each class, plus, with the motivation I kept I had immediate results. So far I have flet that the environment presented through the lessons is great to practice and get more conversational, I have really improve my pronunciation, the teachers are good and the material used is quite understandable and appropriate for foreigners, this is a great service for learning Chinese!

After studying Chinese for many years using different formats, I joined TutorMing two months ago. I am impressed by the noticeable improvement in my Chinese fluency. The TutorMing format for language teaching is clearly working and very effective.

All the tutors are excellent. They are enthusiastic, standardized to a high degree, and are very much engaged in my progress, often providing extensive feedback with additional suggestions.

The level of customization is very high and as a student you can make any request. In my case, I wanted to continue studying traditional characters, not simplified characters. I also had a request regarding accent and wanted to emphasize conversational fluency rather than reading and writing. TutorMing was able to meet all these requests and I now enjoy highly individualized lessons. Students can even indicate areas of interest so that the lesson content is suitable and interesting.

Customer service is great. I did have some difficulties getting started as software compatibility and headset issues needed to be sorted out. Support staff was very helpful and with a little patience I was on my way. Everything has been running smoothly since.

Customer service staff responds quickly, usually within a few hours by either email or phone. When an irregularity occurs they are quick to apologize and to refund the session. So far this has only happened once.

All in all, an excellent company!
