I have been using TutorMing learning platform for two months now, and I am thrilled with every aspect of it. The teachers are very patient and kind, but sharp-minded, they will help you memorize new words and material, and correct your mistakes through series of examples, also after every lesson there is a small homework and review to make sure you remember and put to use everything that you've learned during the session.
Truly revolutionary and overall effective!

Currently 30 lessons in and really enjoying it. A good pace to match your ability and always new content and concepts to push you forwards. Technically its great and the playback of videos is a super nice feature. Occasionally tutors don't have a perfect internet connection, but its been a very rare problem and nothing that stops the session. I will almost certainly do more sessions with them after I have completed my current set.

I have to say that as an absolute beginner, my learning experience has been just wonderful with TutorMing. I've found the lessons to be very enjoyable and the tutors are top notch. I went from knowing absolutely nothing to being able to assist my English students in their own language when needed in a matter of weeks.

My 8 year old daughter has been using TutorMing for nearly a year and we will be buying another year's subscription - which is undoubtedly the best indication that we rate the service highly. There teachers are generally good and a few are exceptional. Love the flexibility and convenience of choosing lesson time and think lesson structure is good. Although sometimes lesson topics seem a little strange they do include good range of vocabulary and useful grammar. Only had a couple of IT problems but they have been sorted out very quickly and iOS app has been working very well for us.
The service is not perfect but it has managed to engage my daughter and her mandarin has improved tremendously - hence, as stated earlier, going to renew. Give it a try!

Having traveled to Taiwan and China about 30 times over the past 12 years, I've always wanted to thoroughly learn the language but had little resource available, much less people who can speak the language with me. TutorMing provides that resource and the instructors are extremely good! I recommend this program to anyone who wants to learn Mandarin. It is well worth the actually very reasonable fee.

I have been studying Chinese sporadically for a few years but always struggled to find the right teacher to hold me accountable and maximize my learning. I have just had my first ever Chinese class with TutorMing. My teacher Coco was amazing, she was very supportive and encouraging which gave me the confidence I needed during the class, I have already booked my next two classes for next week! I would highly recommend this company, as it is convenient you can take a class anywhere and at any time. There are also a couple of useful apps which you can practice phrases, which is great.

I absolutely LOVE Tutor Ming! I've been looking for what seems like forever for a way to improve my mandarin which is consistent and fits with my hectic schedule. I am constantly travelling meaning that whatever I learn with a teacher is often lost upon my return. I have also never had time to practice or have been able to find someone to Skype with me. Tutor Ming is literally just all my mandarin dreams in one. Literally the best thing finding them. I have lessons EVERY morning. My mandarin is not only been maintained (for the first time in my life) but I'm actually improving daily. The teachers are professional and such sweethearts. The content of each class is catered towards your interests and needs. All in all just such a superb service and I'm so happy it exists! If you speak mandarin as a second language and want to maintain it or are interested in learning this is *******% recommended.

I really recommend TutorMing if you are serious about learning Chinese. The platform combines the possibility of having intensive personal conversations that really help you to learn speaking (reading signs is till a bit in the future for me), with great flexibility of scheduling session when you can fit them in, and with a group of teachers who get to know you and adjust their approach to what helps you most. Also, the customer support in case of glitches (which can always happen in long-distance connections) is very good. TutorMing is very effective as well as enjoyable, and I certainly will continue to work with them.

Studying Mandarin from your bedroom or office is the most comfortable learning experience ever. The material is suited to your needs and interests. Good teaching guide. Teachers are patient and make sure of your progress. They know the difficulties a student may encounter when it comes to learning Chinese, so they are capable to provide you with some techniques to learn how to produce some difficult sounds.

Although I'm still a new customer, the couple lessons that I've taken with Tutorming has been so fun and educational! I've taken a few years of Cantonese lessons when I was little and they were always really boring lectures. However, Tutorming's approach to teaching is so fun and interactive. They teach you by having a conversation with you will typing out the vocabulary on the screen so that you can go back later on and review the slides. I would highly recommend!

My daughter and I have both been taking lessons with Tutor Ming for a few months now and we love it! The experience has been an enjoyable journey so far. The teachers are great, and the supplemental materials are also fantastic.
Now we share Chinese music we find, we use some phrases around the house, and talk about Chinese food. I always download the lesson notes left by the teachers and review them. I'm finally breaking through the barrier of an early learner and understanding more, IT'S SO EXCITING! I suggest using their apps as well to enhance your experience.My Chinese lessons are one of the best parts of my week!

Tutor Ming is like a Skype call between a mentor and yourself. The mentors are all random and some can be great while others lack with the expectations you would like. The website is organized and it does go a bit fast. Perfect for people who have good internet and have the time/determination to learn mandarin

Tutorming has really impressive online portal both at desktop and mobile site. I can review my material any time. Learning is so much fun. It gives me opportunity to interactive with so many teachers. I have been in living in Taiwan for 4 year and I always wanted to study mandarin for a while but never got enough motivation. After joining tutorMing it does boosted the confidence to learn plus it gave me flexibility to schedule class according to my preference. Since I am regular employee flexibility with timing is a great advantage for me. Course material is modified accordingly. All the teacher are really nice, friendly and helping me improve my Mandarin proficiency. I keep up my perseverance to master this language with tutorMing. Initialy I was skeptical about joining. I have wanted to learn Chinese for a while but due to a combination of work, travel and other commitments I simply did not have the time. I was also hesitant starting to learn a new language from the very beginning.
I find TutorMing a good way to address these problems. You can schedule classes at times to suit you (and the time difference helps also!). They are easy to manage and cancel if required. The website is fully interactive and you can check your lesson plan before and review after - along with your homework and feedback.
The tutors are fun, patient and interactive and take their time explanation things especially to beginners like me.

Since I graduated my East-Asian and Mandarin studies at 2010 I've searched a way to maintain my Mandarin. I tried almost everything; private tutors who were very expensive, books which focused on several issues on doesn't practice pronunciation, and getting together with other friends what was a total waste of time.
Since I discovered TutorMing I've succeed to expand my vocabulary, improve my tones, and practice my grammar. The lessons are taking place whenever I want, how often I choose and from my lap-top which is real convenient and able you to monitor the class after it was ended.
TurorMing's tutors are very professionals, patient and can easily adapt themselves to your level.
Oh!, and I haven't sad a thing about the price which you can't compare to private tutor or even other programs with more students in the class.

Learning with TutorMing has been great! At the beginning I was a little iffy about it cause I had never heard of them, and they claim they're super big, but once i started it, it's been quite good. My wife who is Taiwanese has seen a few of my classes and has realized the teaching quality is quite nice and she's seen my improvement. I schedule my classes whenever I want, both in the morning and/or night. They also have a really nice app that allows me to take the class from the iphone as well, which makes it super convenient to take the class and to review everything on the go. Definitely recommend it for anyone interested in learning Chinese and has a busy schedule!
