I have contacted Uber 3 times on behalf of my debit card being returned. There driver said he had it and would return it and never did. And I text him no response and he has my number to reach out to return. It. We are supposed to feel safe with these drivers I again know I shouldn't of left it. I worked along shift and forgot it was in my back.picker when I pulled out my cash to too him. But if he says he has it and will return it and fails to do so. It's wrong. They want to charge 20 dollars to have it return. When nothing gets return. It's just wrong

I reserved a driver from SFO. Driver was great and was 5 star. The app was not worth ANY stars and the customer service is dismal. The destination I inputted was not inputted when the driver arrived. The app instead had the pick up and drop off at the same pick up point. When I added my destination again, it read 2 destinations plus added an extra $25 to the total bill. I had to delete the destination the Uber app had auto entered. I reached out 4 times to Uber and all responses were the same and were not responsive to the glitch issues. I'll never use Uber again. Better off car parking or car rental. Uber SUCKS!

I used coupon they sent me to buy groceries. I got discount at the time of placing order but they charged me full price at the time of delivery. Nobody to call. No chat agents will listen to you after that. Beware of this cheater company. Chat agents are also cheaters asking for screenshot of the coupon used. You can not provide screenshot of coupon when it expired that same day. They can take money out of your account without notifying you. Please delete this app from your phone if you want safety.
I was charged twice for one ride but when it tried to charge me the second time, there wasn't any money in my account. So now it's reflecting a balance & I can't book any more rides until I pay this balance for a ride I already paid for. There is no customer service line & the faq prompts are not helpful at all. Super frustrating especially when I rely heavily on rideshare apps to get from A to B. Lyft isn't always available so this just limits me even more. Very inconvenient. Would have given zero stars if it was an option.
OK I am getting a ride on May 30 around 1245 in the afternoon from Uber. The young lady pick me up her name is Catherine she's driving a Toyota Prius OK so when she drop me off in Oak Grove because that's why I had a doctors appointment. I left my purse in her car. I try to reach out to her, but she had her music loud so I couldn't reach out to her, I was trying to flag her down and she wouldn't stop so I'm writing because I've been calling Uber. I've been messaging him back back-and-forth and they saying they don't find a ride of the day when I have it on my phone I have the girls name I have her plate number and everything and all they keep giving me is a bunch of crap, Uber is the worst ever I don't even know why they have this company because they're no good this Catherine with the Toyota Prius gray car has my purse and I expect her to $#*!ing bring it to me. I am not a happy person right now at Uber at all I've been reaching out to them since yesterday, all day I called them this morning the same thing they tell me they can't do nothing but we have to message back and forth, that's the only way to create a ticket. Overcharged if you agree on a price they have no right taking more this could cause overdraft fees on your bank account we have to provide our debt card to this bussiness and its not a ticket to use like that and no way to complain to them they need to fix this asap
More times then I can count im having to find alternate rides to work. There will be cars showing all over but nobody ever takes the ride, or they will take it get 95% to pick up then cancel it.
The Uber App is terrible and confusing. I've taken an Uber to an exact address of a medical building. When I request a ride for the return trip, the Uber app will not show the exact address, just the businesses in the area, e.g., gas station, flower shop, etc. This happens repeatedly. Invariably the driver cannot find the exact pickup spot and I've waited and waited and gotten charged for a no-show trip when the driver is the no-show. Trying to maneuver this confusing App to reverse the charge for the no-show driver is another Uber nightmare.
A passenger urinated on my back seat. The seat is a dark black color so pictures would not show the stain. Uber refused to compensate me for the professional cleaning I had to avail myself of. I can still smell the urine. Uber is unbelievable.

We recently ordered a ride from Marco to drive us from Alcabideche to Sintra which is like 5-10 miles straight highway driving. I accepted the $9.00 quote and tipped him afterwards. My email receipt showed a whole different picture. It showed our root to the hotel, but then he kept going, presumably home and the map looked like a bowl of spaghetti. He charged us $67.00USD. The worst part of it is when I filed a claim against it with Uber, they disconnected my card from the account and still refuse to pay me back the difference. They stuck me with some "ECHO" service which i think is 3rd party that acts like a wall between Uber and the customer. I have gone back and forth with this Echo email and still haven't been able to resolve the issue. It's sad because when we Uber'd out to the village, that driver was very kind and friendly. Such a stark difference. Marco showed 4.6 stars. Open to suggestions beyond moving over to Lyft.
How does a delivery service business stay in business when they can't deliver? Placed an order for same day delivery through Game Stop 3 hours later Uber canceled because they couldn't find a driver. No order and refund tied up for 3-5 business days. Maybe Game Stop should think about going back to using Door Dash!

On April 20th I requested a package pickup for 2 package for $23.36 the driver only picked up one. I reached out to her she blocked me. I reached out to the customer service rep on here named Tan He said I would be refunded for the trip since she didn't pick up both packages I requested for. I didn't receive the refund so I reached out to my bank and the fare was returned now I have $23.36 "unpaid" amount on my app. I have been contacting Uber for weeks to have this charge removed and everytime I get in contact with one stupid rep that doesn't understand what I'm saying I get the run around. I wish I could report Tan who was so rude and ended the chat on me as I was stating I need a refund. I literally hate Uber. It's so frustrating and annoying. I want this resolved I'm so tired of contacting them
I have been using uber for over 7 years in last 6 months uber became trash company, awful and disrespectful drivers, with awful set and high expectations of tips. Ordered uber, arrived to the wrong location, accused me of being rude and told me to get out, because he arrived the wrong location. Peace of trash nothing else I can say about this company
