UCPB Savings Bank

This idiot, Mr. Don Dumaya would not permit to insure a car currently under auto loan because he says that GSIS is not accredited from whatever association of profiters these idiotic insurances. He sounds like the company he's working, UCPB Savings did not underwent bankruptcy. It's a very small bank that if the car sales agent did not arrange this, I would not have chosen UCPB Savings because this bank had undergone bankruptcy. I regret having business with this bank. Even told and insulted me that it's not my car yet just because it's under mortgage, but really? Who's paying it? Why say that in front of your customer? Who are you?
