“It is no like you see in the internet”

All the photos you see on the internet are lies. I was in 3 rooms and they are very small, not entirely clean, without ventilation and what they show as windows are small windows that don't even let in the light. Very noisy. It says that it has access for people with reduced mobility and it is a lie. Bad experience.
