I always get good service here. They only accept bank transfers so the credit card statements are misguided. I think people are confusing this company with 'sleepingtabletsUK' Anyone agree?

This is a scam site and DO NOT place an order as they will take your money but you won't get your order... ever!

It breaks my heart that they won't even respond to her plea. My dad has also written to them as I have been in tears because I hate the way they are treating my mother - not me. My daughter Lisa ordered ****** on my behalf and I understand that she has not received the order. She explained that you will no longer communicate with her or refund her.
I apologise if she was in any way harsh towards you regarding the situation but she is under an enormous amount of stress looking after me. I have terminal cancer in my bones and liver and I cannot sleep for pain. I am not in a financial position to pay anymore money to another company. I have been ill for several years now and rely on my daughters, husband and carers for help as I have chosen to die at home and not in a hospice.
I know my daughter reported this situation to the police who gave her a crime reference number but I am sure I can persuade her to drop the action if you can fulfil the order. She is concerned for my well-being so please do not judge her
Harshly for trying to ease my last months.
I would appreciate a response to this email as my daughter is very upset as she feels responsible for the loss of my money.
I appreciate you are very busy but if you can help resolve the situation and help me get some respite when I am in pain at night or refund my daughter so she can order elsewhere then I would be most grateful and will ask firmly that my daughter drop any further action against your company.

Since this website with an almost identical domain name has set up we have had a rash off complaints and negative feedback that does not belong to us...

Total scam ordered tablets, they took my money but I did not receive my order. Do not use this site.
Initial comminication went well BUt then it stoppped; The pills never arrived and they are impossible to get hold of to trtry delivery; D0nt touch with a very long stick.
Yip took my money, fast enough. Also took some extra funds from my bank account to pay for their taxis etc. Please avoid!
These people are con artists, they will take your money, and if you are unlucky they will empty your bank. Steer well clear! I lost £65
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I received the Zopiclone I paid for, but about two months after this transaction my credit card was starting to be used fraudulently. I'm 99% sure this company was involved.

Just done me for £103 and other transactions have been tried on my debit card. Stay clear of them too.
I ordered SleepingTablets on March 5th and received an instant acknowledgement, my next email on the 10th was to advise that the order had been despatched which also contained the tracking details, tracking did not start to show until the 12th - tracking is initially with the EMS service and then changes to Parcelforce UK when they receive the packet, the tablets were delivered on the 19th of March so overall a good outcome.
The site used to take payment in Sterling but now charge in US Dollars and this is where the expense rockets - the charge for converting the payment was over 9 pounds Sterling which is well extortionate!
The brand of pills are the same as were supplied by UP before they stopped shipping to UK and the RRP printed on the blister packs is 73 Indian Rupees which equates to 78 pence!
I feel that something needs to change somewhere as there is a hell of a lot of profit in the business and that at least buyers should be warned about the massive charge for currency conversion, shame this has happened because it was all good until this happened.

Like a lot of people I was very worried about ordering on line from a compnay I'd never heard of so I did a little research and found another company with a very similar sounding name to this one, by a process of elimination I was able to figure out that this was the company that had the good reviews and a few questions and answers given by Laura the customer service rep answered all my nagging doubts. I have ordered twice and received my order within two weeks. There was a small problem with the site taking more money than was shown when ordering this was quickly refunded and an apology and explanation given. I have had an issue with my third order but this is being dealt with and my order is being re-shipped. You will get a tracking number to use on ParcelForce's website so you'll know roughly the day it should arrive. Its not the cheapest out there but then again when an offer looks to good to be true it usually is. This company is real, the tablets are the real deal. Just to update my review, my order arrived this afternoon Tuesday 12th May all in order.
I too have had a letter from the UK border force about my order that was stopped, I should add that I did recieve my re-shipped order quite quickly. In my case I also had a visit from two Police officers wanting to know if I was a dealer, it was a very scary encounter and one that means I will no longer be ordering from this company. This is not a slur on the company itself but I can't afford a criminal record and won't take the risk again.
The company owe me money and have not replied to any of my emails. I would like to say that I would NO longer rate this company and would no longer reccomend anybody use this site.

Hi, we use parcelforce and it is trackable from the minute it leaves the pharmacy to your signature at the door. Parcelforce do not make several attempts, they make 2 and put cards through the door for you to collect if you are not home. We would not offer a refund if you failed to collect your parcel. We would track it for you and help you get the parcel to you. I have spent an hour on the phone to parcelforce on many occassions where the recipient has put in an incorrect address, missed delivery etc... I have not had a request for a refund due to non delivery but I would make you aware that this is not our policy. I would track your item, either try to get it to you but it is your responsibility to collect from wherever the parcelforce agent advised you on their missed delivery card... Would you expect amazon or any other large companies to refund you if you did not collect your parcel? This is why we use one of the largest, most internationally recognised delivery companies!
