THIS IS A SCAM! SCREWED ME OVER, all students avoid to save money

They go by 2 websites: uktopacademic.co.uk and professoracademic

I wanted to try them out because they are new and dont have reviews.

What happened:

I ordered exam and made payment all is good with all the details and confirmations. Order Confirmation AB-5125

12 hours before exam I contact them to double check details. And suddenly they make claims that the money never arrived at their account. So I call up my bank and ofcourse the money left my account and is with them. They continue to say they dont have the money and there is some payment issue.

Please note: I have shared with them 2 screenshots of my transactions and money leaving my account. They havent given me any evidence of them not receiving any money on the day I transferred (all evidence is based on them saying "sorry payment issue")

They cancel the order, saying they want my full name, address and number just to check the transaction (doesn't that sound suspicious).

TLDR:
Paid for exam, sudden cancelation due to money "disappeared" and payment issue 12hours before exam.

Other suspicious things:
- customer support can get annoyed and aggressive
- customer support often has grammar and spelling mistakes (definitely not native speakers)
- NEVER got to communicate with writers (dont know if they even have any)
