I have bought 4 very large CD racks from them over the last 4 years. They have a better price than Amazon and WalMart when you search for coupon codes. They ship fast. One time, there was a defect in an item and they had a replacement part sent out after I sent them a photo.

Asked for 1 box salt spools for $25 received 1 salt spool (cost at feed store 75 cents to $1.25@ was charged over $15.00 Customer service says they only come in 1 to a package! Yes i paid to return it!

Ordered a compressor from them. They sent a cheaper version of what I ordered with parts broken off. Tried to contact them for a return, they make you jump through all these hoops to return it and they want you to pay to send it back. Never order anything from them

No not use this company. They sell on walmart and amazon too. They sent me a damaged item and then said they filed a claim with FedEx. 5 months later they say it was denied and won't give me any information. I don't think they even sent a claim to fedex. And of course by now it is too late to send back. So I spent $240 on a damaged piece of furniture and am just stuck with it.

FedEx lost my package, due to Unbeatable Sale not requesting the package be signed for by addressee. FedEx just lets anyone walking by sign and now my package is lost. Unbeatable Sale cannot be reached by telephone, nor will they communicate via email, only with the standard, prewritten reply. I've lost over $200.

I purchased Ausounds wireless earbuds through Microsoft Direct Buy on 11/16/23 as a Christmas present. We realized the week after Christmas that the left earbud does not work. Ausounds' tel number in LA is not their number and they have not replied to my emails. They don't seem to be legit. Microsoft will not refund as it was over 30 days. I just learned that Unbeatable Sale is the seller behind Microsoft. Requesting refund. If you want the earbuds, I will gladly mail it if you include the postage in the refund.

This company doesn't care if the delivery receives you are nothey will not work with you at all in any way.
They use FedEx fedex delivers. Takes a picture, but not of the apartment number, and it isn't my apartment number, and it isn't my apartment, so I'm out a $100 for a watch.
I will dispute the charge with my bank. I will file a claim with the Better Business Bureau. And I'm doing an investigation with FedEx.

I ordered a 7' Nearly Natural Yucca plant from Amazon and it was shipped by Unbeatable Sale. It arrived with undamaged packaging but when I opened it, the ceramic pot had several cracked sections and some pieces of the pot missing. I am still fighting with them and Amazon for a refund. I have my Capital One card involved and right now Unbeatable Sale is saying that FedEx delivered the item with no damge. This I agree with but that doesn't mean that the item is undamaged inside with improper handling. This Company buys damaged good from other resellers and manufacturing companies and then through Amazon, resells these defective items. Unbeatable Sale wants me to return this item at my expense and I will not be compensated. STAY AWAY from this reseller and I would have expected Amazon to have a more trustworthy reseller than this fraudster.

Placed an order for a box of 50 items, according to the product description at Sears online marketplace, which is offered and fulfilled by this business and received only 1 item. I contacted them to either ship the missing 49 items or a pre-paid shipping label to return the 1 item. They refused both. Stay away from them!

Ordered a audio component tower from them. It arrived damaged. I asked for replacement pieces. They kept putting me off. Two weeks later still no resolution. Asked for 25% back of the cost because I'm going to have to repair it myself. They refused and offered me 15%. That barely covered the cost of shipping. Shady company who doesn't care about their customers.

I called and emailed for the availability of a part as I needed to know if it was available before ordering. I was assured by William Mortimer " We have sufficient quantity of this item to handle any orders." even after asking to check actual on-hand stock.
Received an email 7 days later "Unfortunately, our warehouse has informed us that xxx is currently out of stock and we are no longer able to source it from the manufacturer."
The part is STILL listed as available on the website.

Yes -1 star seems more appropriate the worst company you can order. Do order from them. You will get delay after delay with zero updates on the status of your order. Save your just don't order from this company. They zero customer service zero respect for your time and your money. Based on my experience I can only assume that the positive reviews must be fake.
I place my order on 11 June, we are now 22 September still no updates on my order. I finally decided to request a refund.

I purchase a diving board with a base and never received the diving board back in May. It's now July and I still do not have my product. When I spoke to customer service I was told they were waiting for the claims dept. Spoke to another customer service agent who told me "Fedex said it was delivered, nothing we can do". No refund, No replacement, nothing. I explained only part of the order was delivered and still I have no response. It's horrible! Do not buy unless your okay with losing your money should you not receive your items. I'm out of $625 at the moment and no one has answers for me, other than oh well. I need a diving board or my money back!

I bought a pontoon ladder from UnbeatableSale through the Walmart Marketplace last summer. The manufacturer has a two year warranty on their products but absolutely no contact information for the manufacturer on the internet. I contacted UnbeatableSale to see if they could provide me the manufacturer contact informant and they responded with a form email response that they were not able to help me because it's outside the 30 day return window. All I wanted was the contact information for the manufacturer and they wouldn't give it to me.--Suicidal Tendencies.

Ordering process was simple. Took 48 hours to ship and a inquiry as to when it will ship ended with a recording similar to "no one is available to help you at this time". Product delivered was exactly as I ordered and once shipped, the tracking, notifications and follow up was 5 star.

This business has the worst customer service. I ordered a desk for my son for Christmas, but didn't open the box right away. When we tried to put the desk together, we were missing everything but the top. When I contacted the company, they wanted me to ship it back at my expense. I tried to get a supervisor to call me back, but no, they would only email. I've dealt with a lot of business's in the past, and I have to say, that this was the worst service I have ever experienced.

I ordered 3 Watermelon candles, only to receive 3 Alpine Frost candles? Not sure how they got Alpine Frost from Watermelon? Irritating to say the least. Now, I have to wait to hear back from the warehouse by email in 2 days? What a joke and a waste of money.

I ordered something that showed up damaged/missing items. I emailed and got a response stating to ship the item back with the original packaging. Unfortunately, the packaging was damaged as well so that was tossed. Sent an email explaining that. No response. Soon after all of this I'm called away on a personal matter for two months with no cell activity, but i left my mother with email access. I return to find the item still at my house. When asking my mother, she simply said no labels. I checked and chdcked to make sure. No labels were sent. Contacted the company and received a general "30 day too late" response. Explained in another email and received the same message.
