I purchased Wine Away through Walmart from Unbeatable Sales. They charged $15.00 for a 2 ounce bottle! Evergreen Labs, who makes Wine Away, charges $21 FOR 2 PACKS OF 12 OUNCE BOTTLES. I filed a complaint with Walmart for representing Unbeatable Sales on their web site. They are a rip off!

The items was a good price (Cheaper than Amazon) and was still shipped pretty fast and I received the item in good condition. I give this company an A+
I asked to confirm the color of the item because the item description once I confirmed the order said grey, but I thought I purchased black. The customer service rep sent a not to the warehouse and they confirmed the item was indeed black. This was great customer service.

I ordered two outdoor dining chairs, Tortuga LEX-13T Sea Pines Tortoise, to match chairs we already had. When they finally came, the chairs were the wrong color and missing the cushions. After calling and wanting the correct chairs sent, I was told that color of chair is no longer available. They offered a discount. I agreed to the discount but still needed the cushions. I was told the striped cushion that was pictured was no longer available. I had to pick something totally different. If you go to the website today, THE CHAIR WITH CUSHION IS STILL FOR SALE ON THE WEB SITE!. I personally think they didn't want to deal with return shipping of the large items. VERY disappointed with the whole process I placed the order on 3/17 and cushions finally came on 4/22.

Extremely poor customer service and I highly advise you to get it from a different vendor or just find it on amazon for a more efficient way to get a small replacement part. I recently ordered this item and received two boxes, one with motor and the other with the awning assembly parts; but someone somehow forgot to include the awaning Fabric and the Fabric accessories. I have all the parts fully assembled here and now I'm just waiting for the fabric parts which I attempted to get a replacement for through Walmart chat services which redirected me to this third party seller (UnbeatableSale.com) who are now asking for pictures of the boxes that Fedex delivered (which is my recycling bin) and also mentioned it would take up to 10 days to submit the claim and may require Fedex to do further investigations for a small part. The moral of the story is not order big items for unknown sellers like this unbeatable dot com one. Just another reason why people chose Amazon because of no hassle/bs/convinient quick and easy refunds/replacements/exchanges. I have gone ahead and ordered a replacement fabric myself and had to pay extra out of pocket expenses because someone lost my fabric parts. As a customer I am very unsatisifed that I have to sit here and wait for one missing piece before I can finish this assembly and install we were all so looking forward to having up and ready for use.

I ordered a poopy pouch pet waste station kit from sears.com. I received the item and the only piece that came was the dispenser. It clearly stated on the website that it was the whole unit garbage can, pole and the dispenser etc. I called your customer service phone number. I talked to your customer service supervisor (Donna?), she was very arrogant from the start saying it was a mistake and they did not have the product in stock to give me. They would have to refund my money and I have to return the product. I got off the phone and checked your website you did have the product in stock that was the same on sears.com the lady lied to me. So I called her back and told her about it and she said she could not honor it and could not send me the rest of the product I ordered. She was saying that it was a mistake. I told her it was false advertising, it was not my fault that it was the wrong price. Most stores honor there mistake. I worked in retail for over 10 years we always honor our pricing mistake. I am highly disappointed with my experience I've had.

Placed an order for 9x a puzzle. Received 1 puzzle wrote them was told they contacted the warehousing they were looking into it. With in 24 hours I had sent them pictures of what was sent. I was then told that they would ship the raining 8 items. It has been over a week since I received my 1st item and almost a week since I was told I would receive a tracking number I still have no tracking number and when I ask them all I get is I will be in touch when I have tracking and thank uiu for your patience. I told them I needed the rest of myborder by the 14th did not happen. We just had our family Christmas party and because some family live out of town I have to special ship their Christmas presents at extra cost to me because pf their mistake and unwillingness to expedite the rest of my order rapidly. I will not shop with them again this my 1st time ordering with them and it has been a bad experience I do not recommend shopping with this company. This all started on December 3. It is now the 16th of December not happy

I went to walmart.com, ordered 3 items. Believing I was ordering from walmart.
2 items came in on time. The 3rd was taking forever. It was a gift and I was starting to worry. I contacted walmart and they told me it was a 3rd part sale.
I asked to cancel the order. They told me they could not do that, to contact unbeatable sale myself. I did. I asked when my item would arrive?
I was told, it was not even processed yet, so it would be some time. I asked to cancel the order. I was told " We have a no exchange, no return, no cancel for any reason policy" I asked them, really? What if its broken?
She again stated the No refund. Ect. She then told me as a one time deal, she would cancel the order, since it was not processed at that time. I thanked her. 2 days later BOOM its delivered.
I called and said, I recveieved an email of cancelation, why did I get the item? No answer to that. Turns out... I jinxed myself, my item was broken. So now I have a broken item that I cant give as a gift OR use.
Walamrt refused to help, and unbeatable sale is a rip off business. The BBB is FILLED with complaints exactly like mine, only some people were able to send theirs back and then got charged a "restock fee".
Unreal.Its hard to tell from my picture, but the door is broken (glass cracked and door wont close) and it hangs like you see it... crooked, kind of like the company.
