I've been a longtime fan of Uncommon James jewelry and have purchased many items from the company over the years. Unfortunately, my most recent purchase and subsequent dealings with their customer service team, have shown a serious decline in both the quality of their jewelry, and the customer service itself. I ordered bracelets from the site with the hopes of using them as bridesmaids gifts. Sadly, the bracelets were a massive disappointment. They look cheap, the edges are rough and cut into the skin, and they don't match the quality and look of what I've come to expect with Uncommon James jewelry. Now, they were final sale items so yes I understand I took that risk. But I was shocked by what a letdown this product was.
To make matters worse, I attempted to contact their customer service department to see if anything could be done, even if it was just store credit. Their automatic reply states they will return messages within 24 hours. It took 3 attempts and a week and a half before I even got a reply. And sadly, they flatly refused to work with me on the issue. Once again, I acknowledge these were final sale and I do understand that. But I would have hoped to receive both a better product in the first place, and better customer service. Having to reach out 3 separate times just to get a reply is unacceptable and makes me question trusting any further purchases with this company.

Be aware their quality of service and the quality of their products has shown a serious decline.

None, all looked incredibly cheap and the bracelets were very rough and didn't meet expectations.
