Very easy to order and I love the how-to videos that I can refer back to but what I received didn't look a lot like what the model in the video had and I ordered the exact wig. Also, it took so long to come that the event that I ordered it for had already passed, and it took too long after repeated call to the post office.

I REALLY WISH THEY PROCESSED REFUNDS AS FAST AS THEY PROCESS PAYMENT TRANSACTIONS. I bought three wigs and none of them were up to MY quality standard. As soon as I pulled the net cap off the wig, hair shedding everywhere. The other wig bangs was so see through I don't even no what was the point. The third wig showed up two weeks after the other two party city wigs. It took a week just to get the return label, now who knows how long it will take for them to inspect them. Which there in the exact condition they were in when they shipped them. You couldn't bury me in these wigs, so i definitely wasnt about to wear them out in public or at home for that matter. I really hope I don't continue to get the run around about getting my money back.

The check out was difficult bc they button to hit "pay" was not present. I had to click another button to get to the window to pay. Took me 10 mins to figure how to check out

I was a skeptic. The marketing, the communication - all of that was so grand I figured surely the hair must be just "ok" to possibly be able to supply quality to the thousands of people daily lol Oh but I was wrong. The hair quality and wig (overall) even impressed even my extremely skilled and picky hair stylist! THIS WIG IS PERFECTION.
